During the remnants of Hurricane Ida, our sump pump setup failed and we had some minor flooding in our basement. I found Aardvark Basement - the estimate was scheduled quickly, install was great - the team had to breakup the existing concrete setup and dig further down to get the correct barrel inplace. The team was very respectful, and great to work with! We had one issue with our battery and the team came out within 2 days to swap out the battery and no issues since!
Will definitely use them in the future for any other issues we may come across!

Amazing work. For day 1 of 2 on the waterproofing they took extreme care to make sure everything was moved out of the way and covered up to protect them while they work. They finished up the project on day 2 and did a great job cleaning up and the work they did was amazing. The owner worked with the crew and made sure everything was done correctly and walked me through everything and answered any questions I had.
I haven't had any issues with water since install. Will be so nice to finally be able to finish my basement.

We contracted the Aardvarks to replace a small window in our basement with an egress window that meets code.
Of the two quotes we received Chad spent the most time explaining the project, breaking everything down step by step, the quote was also very competitive.
When work began I was very impressed by the attention spent to minimize dust and dirt, the whole room was protected floor to ceiling with plastic sheets as was the living area in the basement where they travelled through to the bedroom. All the guys on the job were friendly and professional.

I cannot recommend Aardvark enough. I had a VERY difficult crawl space project in a 100 year old house that needed to be addressed and not only did Chad come up with a good idea, he came up with the BEST idea and price, and had I quoted out three other companies. Chad thinks outside of the box and delivers results not only professionally but it was also a joy to work with him, his wife Catrina and his crew.

With the abnormal amounts of rainfall last year, my basement would not stay dry. Carpet was damaged and so were the walls. A few places offered estimates but Aardvark had the best and most reliable design for high volume water removal. They explained the entire construction process from start to finish. The crew showed up on time and worked extra hours to solve an unplanned issue. They still finished the job on time and within budget. Haven’t seen a drop of water in my basement since they completed the job. Highly recommended!

I'd highly recommend their services!! Had multiple estimates and glad I picked the Aardvark Team! An extensive job was completed: Perimeter french drain, 2 basement sump pumps, 1 crawl space sump pump, window well tap and multiple cracks. I've had NO water since! The owners Chad and Trina were on site, and they do not sub out their fantastic crew. They were willing to answer all of my questions, communicate with me throughout the process, and were reliable and on time.
