Do not call this man unless you are ready to have the job done and have it done well. I messed around for years with my basement problem and finally decided to call a local waterproofing professional with a street address. Am I glad I did! Denny is knowledgeable and straightforward and easy to understand. His workers are polite, quiet, on-time, amazingly hard-working and did a beautiful job. It could not have gone better. Had Denny, and his crew out to install an egress window for my house. What a great job. These guys were fast they hand dug the hole and kept my property clean. Speaking of clean these guys cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they were just there.

We used Cottrell Basement Waterproofing to get a new sump pump and drainage system installed. Denny was awesome to work with and very helpful, making sure we understood exactly what was going to happen. The crew was very nice and efficient with their work. We’ve had water leaking into the unfinished area of our basement for several years. The water only found its way into our basement when it rained long and hard. I finally decided to go to the next level and have a system put in to alleviate the nagging problem, so I called Cottrell Basement Waterproofing and spoke with Denny. Denny came to my house and gave me a reasonable quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I accepted his offer and the work was completed in 2 days, just as he estimated. Virginia did the bulk of the work and wow what a great job she did, including jack hammering

Cottrell Basement Waterproofing is a excellent company to do business with. I met with Denny Cottrell about the water I had in my basement. He took the time to assess the situation and completely explained what needed to be done to fix the issue in my basement. He also answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable price quote. I hired him on the spot and soon afterward got the job scheduled. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and worked VERY hard to get my job completed on schedule. Cottrell Basement Waterproofing in my opinion is a highly recommended company that cares about what they do. it all starts at the top with Denny. Out of 3 companies that we contacted to get an estimate on waterproofing the basement, he was the only one that actually gave me a written quote. The other 2 companies never responded with any effort to provide a quote either written or by email. When he first came to look at the job, we decided to only waterproof half of the basement and we set a schedule for it to start. I contacted Denny about my mothers basement which had water and mold issues for years. He came out and gave us a price and started a week later. The crew was excellent. They kept my mother updated on everything they were doing. Denny answered all questions we had during the whole process. While doing the work they discovered a foundation issue which needed attention. They also took care of that. Everyone was professional and hard working. The basement is already looking and smelling much better. The crew did a great job with clean up also. Her place looks as good if not better than when they started

I live on the top of a mountain about 2 hours away from Cottrell Basement Waterproofing headquarters. Living on top of a mountain did not make this an easy take for Denny or his crew. There was a lot more rock that needed to be dug out of my basement to do the job, they arrived daily on time without complaints and worked tirelessly to get this job done. No easy task! Denny and his crew were great throughout the whole process.
I did not hesitate to ask any question I had, Denny and the crew took all the time needed to explain the process to me.
