What I love about this place is that you can be as creative as you desire and they work with you. I never like to buy a gift without considering what the person means to me. I'm very personable.

Beverly and her team are amazing! We needed 40+ very specific plaques created for a work event. We only had a week before the event and Beverly worked non-stop to create a one-of-a-kind design for us and got them to us with a day to spare. The entire team is friendly, helpful and will work with any request. I cannot recommend them enough! I know we will be using them again in the future. Excellent work!

They did a great job with the engraving! I checked out some other places, but it turns out I didn't need to go too far from my house, as Plaques, Trophies & Gifts by Perci did a wonderful job. They also worked very quickly--I received the engraved merchandise way ahead of time--and they did an expert job.

OMG I was in tears and filled with joy when I search high and low for this special place. They are a lifesaver. If you ever I mean ever need any kind of engrave ment. Well this place is reasonable price and professional and treat you like family. I love how they send you a preview of how its going to look and everything. They even add a special touch to memorable plaque I love it. Thank you guys and gals so much. Just dnt forget to wear a wear be safe not sorry. Love it love it love it love. I walked in with a friend who ordered a plaque 3 days before the event and everything turned out beautiful! The engraver was very professional and friendly and gave us clear ideas on what colors to choose, wording etc. The price of the plaque and the lettering was very reasonable! Also, the plaque came in a box and a signature bag!

Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I ordered name plates and they came out better then expected. My order was completed in a short period of time and the entire staff was great to work with.

Too expensive for a plastic trophy. There is a much better place Awards @ 8544 S.Pulaski. Will never get my buisness again.

I had the best experience, miss beverly was so helpful i came in on a saturday we had that huge snow storm everything was closed down and she was still able to finish my plaques on wednesday as she promised. an her assistant ceciela did a awesome job designing. everyone loved the plaques not a dry eye in the place. thank you so much

The employees need better customer service skills here. Its so lifeless and unwelcoming! Also charging per letter?.....I'm through.

The shop needs to pay closer attention to detail. I submitted two orders and only received one order to review in my email. They stated that they were going to send the proof within two days. that turned into 5-6 days. My order was supposed to be ready on a Friday and I received the proof on Thursday. There were SEVERAL mistakes. Needless to say, all of them were not corrected when I received the final plaques. As stated, their attention to detail lacked.
