Although our turn around on most items is 3-5 working days, we know that time can escape you or that an achievement can happen suddenly.

Q: Why does it take so long to get my piece? A: Our awards are custom made for you! We may need to order parts or award pieces. Trophy builds, engraving layouts and artwork proofs need to be approved and corrections applied if necessary. Sublimation, traditional, laser engraving? What is the difference?
If your logo or image contains color and you wish to keep those colors, it will limit the type of award you can get. Typically when we engrave these pieces we use a laser. When choosing artwork for this, imagine that all the colors of the logo are solid black and white. When sending an order containing artwork or specific instructions you should request a proof.
Now that the dust has finally settled after my 1,000+ meeting downtown I wanted to take a moment and thank you for all your help in getting my award plaques & clock done for me on such notice.
