Got whisky glasses engraved for our business. Couldn't be happier with how the glasses turned out and the entire process. Very responsive, helpful and friendly. The staff at Chicago Award Source were so helpful, informative, and prompt. We had 3 pocket knives engraved for groomsmen in our wedding and we weren't sure if the knives could be engraved but they did a test spot first. The knives turned out better then we had hoped! Thanks!

Chicago Award Source saved the day! We wanted to have crystal champagne glasses etched with a dear friend's wedding date as a gift. Glasses were ordered from Bloomingdales, but the shipping took 3x as long as they guaranteed, so we were in a crunch. No problem at all for this team! They actually turned around this beautiful crystal etching WHILE WE WAITED just before their closing time on a friday night. What great service! Couldn't be happier with the servce - needed name plates engraved for some frames as quickly as possible - and the were able to turn them around same day. Picking them up was easy and when I noticed I needed one more becuase I had miscounted, they were able to make me a new one as I waited, instead of having me come back. This was excellent customer service and I truly appreciated it. Highly recommend!

Has some whiskey glasses engraved the weeke before Xmas — amazing result! Went for a quote, they didn’t pressure me to commit on the spot. Walked past CAS recently and the adorable store front caught my eye. I had some pieces I was looking to get framed so I went in your check out the store. I spoke with Alisha and she was so incredibly helpful! I brought my artwork the next day and she had them framed beautifully! I'll never go anywhere else!

I truly didn't know customer service like this existed anymore, but Alisha and her team were absolutely incredible start to finish on a project for me. She was very responsive far later than business hours, and she got 20 sets of champagne glasses personally engraved, picked up champagne bottles to go with them, got custom notecards printed, gift packaged, and personally delivered to each persons house in under three days. 10/10 recommend!

I called to have a farewell gift made for two friends who are leaving Chicago. I originally hit up a different shop but they were unresponsive to email inquiries and very slow in communicating with me, so I tried Chicago Award Source instead.

After speaking with Firoz on the phone, I sent an email with notes about our conversation and corresponding photos for a frame job. The product was ready within a couple of days, but when I went to pickup we found out there was a small miscommunication

So amazing. We had a unique gift we needed to have engraved - it was an awkward size and of course our timing was tight. Chicago Award Source took really good care of us and went the extra mile when we needed unexpected changes made AND to have it messengered quickly across town. Our board was happy and the gift recipient was really touched - it was an outstanding experience all around.

I've done the stickers-on-laptop thing for years. But with my latest machine, a 12" MacBook, it was time for something different: Laser engraving. How does one choose an engraver for an expensive piece of electronic equipment? I found several engravers on the web, and visited a few in person. In the end, I chose Chicago Award Source.

Firoz, Christan, and Jenna did an outstanding job with my engraving. Christan and Jenna were meticulous with the laser machine, double- and triple-checking the alignment. They even did a practice run on scrap acrylic. It was clear that I had placed my trust
