Trophy came out fine, but their was an error on the engraving printing on the plate. They rectified it by sending another plate, but it came with no adhesive or instructions and in a regular envelope. The individual who helped me was Teresa R. and she never emailed me back in regards to my email. It's really easy to respond back back to emails.

This company is a complete joke & a waste of your time. They are the parent company of The Magic Touch USA. I've been ordering from them for alittle over a year. I can honestly say that not one order had ever gone smoothly. My initial order, I never received any confirmation. I had to contact them to figure out when I would be receiving my items. I ended up receiving the shipment before they ever emailed out the software I also purchased. Not once did I ever receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info on any order that I placed. I would have to contact them to get any shipping info. Then

This place is great. Super helpful, very professional, and products exceptional quality.
