Dr Chow and her staff really care about the health of your eyes. I went to a competitor last year and I knew my eyesight had declined since last year, I was shocked when they told me no change! I went back to Dr Chow and she confirmed my suspicions; my eye site had worsened😳Mehnoosh took good care of me, I got the right strength,nice frames, now I see clearly again! I reviewed Yelp to find a vision doctor and as always, Yelp reviewers did not disappoint. Visit with Dr. Gori was awesome just as his tech was. Everyone was very professional and Dr. Gori takes his time to explain the images to you. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Front desk staff were super polite and welcoming! Would definitely recommend this location!

I recently had an exam for the first time at this practice and was so pleasantly impressed by Dr Gori's "bedside manner". He was so professional, calm, and compassionate. My only constructive criticism would be to carry more "Asian fit" options. There was really only one option for me and my face shape. That part was a bit disappointing.

I've never had an eye doctor explain so thoroughly the process of eye checkups. Every eye doctor I have visited has shuffled me in and out of the office with nothing more than a, "your eyes haven't changed much." I can't express how much it means to me to have a doctor explain everything thoroughly and not make me feel dismissed. I have a family history of vision problems so having a doctor that was not only able to walk me through everything, but willing to, for the first time in my life was incredibly comforting. Went in for my yearly exam ! Dr Gori is a sweetheart and I'm so glad I went there again ! My eyes have gotten worse but he made so revisions to wearing my glasses so hopefully by next year I won't have too ! He also heard my concerns and helped me ! The employee that checked me in and did the eye tests did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very patient and calm which I really appreciated. Every one else also gave me great service. The doctor was honest and did a good job with explaining things to me. I was also in and out of my appointment in a very timely manner, no long waits which was also very appreciated. My personal thanks to the whole team.

My son and I have been going here for 7 years since we moved to Vegas. Dr. Chow is always wonderful. She’s patient and caring and always ready to answer questions. Her team is excellent as well. Today, I was there and asked Joshua to tighten my glasses since they’ve been loose and falling down for a while. He got them fixed quickly and now they stay! I would have given 5 stars if not for the inaccurate prescription that one of their doctors gave me. I came in early June for an eye exam and while waiting, I asked about the timeline if I ordered eyeglasses from them since I have travel plans around the first week of July, which will keep me out of the state for months. I was in a fix because I ran out of contacts (my own fault) I wasn't do to have my eyes checked until late August. I called the place where I normally go and asked if I could by 1 or 2 pairs incase my script changed? They said no, they only sell six months at a time. I can’t say enough how awesome their receptionist Emily is. Yesterday I got eyelash extensions that completely swelled my eyes. I decided to call Dynamic Eye Care to see what my options would be to receive treatment, but I had to take them off first. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and waited less than 5 minutes before I was brought back. The technician I saw first was very nice and we chatted the whole time she was testing my eyes. I was then immediately brought to another room where the doctor saw me right away. Overall I was very pleased with my visit and wasn't at all surprised by the price at the end because they had already gone over it before any testing which I appreciated greatly. This was my first visit after leaving my previous eye doctor and I will definitely be back!

I called and spoke to someone regarding my new insurance and when I checked in they weren't sure if the one I had on file was updated. Even though I made sure that my new insurance was covered here because I've been coming here for a decade and was always taken care of my Dr. Chow. My first visit this facility was a great experience. I was greeted right away when I opened the door and was asked to sanitize and wash hands before my appointment. The facility was cute and cozy. They use the latest tools to help with evaluating/examining your eyes. I was impressed how quickly my eyes were examined. And once you are done, you are then greeted by the eye doctor who is very knowledgeable and explained in great detail everything about the examination. They definitely have their "ducks in a row". This was my very first visit here and I'm happy to say I will be a regular going forward. Due to Covid they made it very easy for a first time patient by sending a reminder text to confirm my appointment and including a link to complete the paperwork prior to coming in that alone saves so much time and it was simple and convenient.
