Kristin loves both Classical and Contemporary Pilates and has been teaching both since 2003. The Youtube video below showcases Kristin's Classical Mat Pilates teaching style. Jackie is known for her challenging yoga flows. Jackie takes pride in sculpting clients' shoulders and upper arms as seen in this Youtube video.
This is ideal for those who are new to Pilates, have limitations they are working through or are just getting back into the studio after a long hiatus. Our experienced instructors will provide specific guidance on the Balanced Body equipment and give detailed information on the fundamentals of Pilates.
Garage Pilates offers 3 options in the yoga category, each with unique benefits and challenges. Vinyasa Yoga flows a bit faster and more advanced options are given for those who would like to add this challenge to their yoga practice. Clients are able to book all their appointments online and submit payment at that time.
The CoreAlign is a unique movement education tool that complements the Pilates equipment: With a variety of exercises for all levels, the CoreAlign, just like Pilates and yoga, focuses on mind/body connection while challenging and improving balance, alignment, core strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility, and posture.
