Kristi and Sabrina have been nothing but absolutely amazing to us. The reason we wanted to stay had to do with management 100%! Kristi is the best property manager I've ever had, and we don't plan on going anywhere any time soon thanks to her! Huge shoutout to the both of them, renting is never easy, however they have made everything a breeze and i've felt no stress when it comes to a place to call home. Thank you both very much, we love y'all!!❤️

One of the better apartment experiences I've had in Lubbock! Kristy was always friendly and remembered everyone by name. She and everyone in maintenance all do a great job. I lived here for a year and everything was well-kept. I never had any maintenance issues. The dog park is nearby and the complex is easily accessible from 19th Street or the Marsha Sharp.

I loved my time at Elm Creek. The apartment area is quiet and the community is respectful of each other. and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful for any questions or issues you have, especially Marcie!
I loved the location as well, as it’s on Milwaukee and is close to a lot of big retail and grocery stores.

I loved absolutely everything about this apartment complex from the apartment itself to the management. Marcie and Kristi are the best. They are very attentive and super friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone. It’s also located on the best side of Lubbock in my opinion. I also loved that I was able to drive right up to my door, made me feel a lot safer especially at night.

My fiancee and I felt very taken care of during our 2+ years we lived here. The staff was always welcoming, knew us by name, and were prompt to improve any issues, which were very rare. The neighbors we had were kind and quiet. We always felt safe and the location is close to shopping and a great park. We only left because we moved cities, but we would have stayed here for a long time. I cannot recommend a better apartment complex than Elm Creek.

If you are looking for a great apartment, you have come to the right place. I lived here for over a year and would recommend this amazing apartment complex to anyone! Marcie, the Property Manager, is the absolute best!!! Elm Creek should do whatever it needs to keep her around!
The apartments are conveniently located and well maintained. Not many apartment complexes offer such convenient parking, as you get to park right in front of your building/apartment. Additionally, Marcie is always on top of things.
If you need maintenance done, their maintenance person is extremely professional and great

My husband and I lived in Elm Creek apartments the entire time we lived in Lubbock. The apartments were nice, but the management was even better. Since we've left we've had packages accidentally sent there twice and the management has helped us out without complaint. We were on a first name basis with the management, and they were always timely in their repairs. My in laws were able to stay in the Airbnb on the property when they visited too which alleviated a lot of stress of having family in town. The complex was affordable and close to everything. We loved being able to walk our dog

We could not have asked for a better home in Lubbock!
The location is just perfect. It is close by to all the shops, restaurants and services you will ever need and a short 10-15min drive to Texas Tech.
The rent was at a very good price compared to all other locations we visited, and energy bills were always low. The wooden floor and laundry room were a big, big plus. Their biggest one bedroom apartment is enough for a couple, we were very happy and comfortable there (we lived there from 2017 to 2019). I have lived here for two years! The apartments are brand new, built only a couple of years ago. My energy bill has been super low due to great insulation. I also like how they are all one-story, so no upstairs neighbor. While yes, as the above poster says it is like living in a cracker box, I definitely think that you just need to be creative and inventive with your space (or of course buy a bigger floorplan). It is just the right size for one person.

This has been the best apartment I've ever lived at in Lubbock! The previous review is false, she is spreading lies. The management is the best!!! I haven't had any issues while living here and I've lived here since January of 2013. I love that the complex gets together for events to get to know your neighbors. The staff offers incentives and will have contest to save money on rent, who else does that. If you're looking for a place to live look no further, move in ASAP.

They are nice apartments, if you like living in a cracker box.
I live here several months, the people in the office are rude. The claim to have video cameras but then falsely accuse their residents of stealing things such as beach towels and lawn chairs. The neighbors are rude and nosy, you cough the wrong way and the neighbors complain about everything.
