So during the covid pandemic we decided to move we didnt leave the house in a bad shape there was a couple spots to paint on the house normal wear and tear after two years they rented us the house with a used carpet when we moved out they took it upon themselves too charge me for a brand new carpet and installation they took the 4k deposit and we apparently owe them almost 500 dollars really just dont even bother renting here I read the reviews before renting didnt think it was this bad

We were told within 2 days after submitting an application for a rental that we got it. We were told via text, no one answers the phone, that they would send the rental agreement for signing and payment. In less than 12 hours we got a text stating the owners have a family member who wants it. This is so wrong on so many levels. We cannot get ahold of anyone in the office. We did request the 75.00 we paid for the application fee but like I said no response. Very unprofessional!!! Not sure it's even legal to do what they did.

These people care nothing about their clients except the amount of money that they can get out of them. I had an issue with a woman I was renting a room from and she was renting the house from them. They claimed that they had no knowledge of her renting out rooms in the house but I'm sorry if someone is renting from you shouldn't you be aware that they have other people living/renting there for over a year? She even had friends staying on the couch for months at a time and they claimed they knew nothing about this. Either way my renters rights were violated and they refused to help me

Currently live in a rental run by them and they seem very unprofessional so far. Took forever to process our applications and now that we live here they’re not responding to any of our emails about maintenance and other stuff. You would think that they would respond in a timely manner and be helpful to their tenants but nope. Very shady :/

Super shady company in how they conduct applications. They allow applications for 4-5+ people and allow the landlord to cherry pick his or her preference. I had a much better experience with Hills and Homes and Sonoma Marin Property Management, with them when you are the first to apply they don't take any other applications and you find out much quicker if you are approved - very honest and straight forward. It took Pacific Properties 3 weeks to tell me my application was denied with 0 details and before then I already was moved in and rented another place. If I could give negative stars I would

I wouldnt even give you all a 1 that was credit. Sir im sorry to say of course Dan or who ever the hell you are never even met you or heard of you. A great fire victim you are renting to?! but the house has 6 different people living in there now. I paid rent on time, i brought concerns to your company about the high gang activity around this home. Randomly my car window was broken, my rental company couldnt even help and try to get video of who did it. Then all the neighbors who lived by would always party and have gang members around, my husband was jump by drunk gang members. all couse we where

Excellent communication with the owners of Pacific Properties.
After being away from our rental property for five years the ups and downs of managing shouldn't be that bumpy for the owners when they have hired a company to manage in their place. Needless to say I received a flyer in Florida!!! On our property in California and was so excited that someone other than our current management company was willing to take over without doing a large processing fee up front. One phone call and I feel more at ease than I have with our current company in five years. Thank you for the quick response

Obtaining a rental in the competitive Sonoma County housing market can be daunting. The Pacific Properties front office staff was very efficient with everything, from processing the application to removing the listing promptly once we obtained it. Once we moved in we received a follow-up call from Adam to inform us about the property details and find out if we had questions. This company is professional and efficient and we highly recommend it.

Here's a property management company that gets it! I was looking for a new rental home and was referred to John Boss. He was quick to help me, and made many suggestions on homes they had and ones that would becoming available. I've had applications in with two other property management companies both of which did absolutely nothing for me. I highly recommend them if you are looking to rent or have a home to rent. My family and I rented from Pacific Properties for three years. Our experience with them was great. The online rent payment and maintenance request are great conveniences for any renter. Any maintenance that had to be done was handled quick and professionally. When we left our apartment, they returned our full deposit. The place we rented prior to renting from Pacific Properties the landlord Joyce and Dawn Hansen (92 Hendley St. Santa Rosa,CA.) They stole our deposit and never returned a dollar. So, we really appreciated when Pacific Properties returned our complete security deposit. Thank you

I had a great experience with Pacific properties after I was relocated to Northern California.
Prompt, professional and easy to work with. Rent seemed high but I guess that is just how things are in Sonoma county.
I initially talked to a different company in Rohnert Park and they didn't seem above board. Later I found out that the owner of the other company had his real estate license revoked due to some sort of felony assault conviction on a woman! Yikes!
Anyway, go chat with the folks at Pacific Properties. Good honest people.
