We're first-time homeowners with no idea what we're doing - Jim walked us patiently and professionally through his entire inspection process and taught us a lot along the way, always going at our pace. The whole inspection lasted maybe 2 hours. Jim doesn't compromise and won't let anyone get in the way of his process, making a point to tell us several times that "This is your day". I have an ongoing water issue in the master bedroom. I was concerned about mold. I called Jim and he came within a day. He walked me through each and every step of the testing process, provided detailed information about mold, and calmed my fears. The test results and the report were completed in just a few days. If you’re looking for a home inspector, you can stop looking because you’ve found a great one. My wife and I hired Jim to inspect a home we were under contract for. Jim was there early checking the roof with his drone and performed an incredibly thorough, detailed inspection. We are first time home buyers and he explained each thing he was looking at to us. Jim found issues we had missed in and around the house and found substantial water issues after crawling into the roof space.
