Went in for invisalign consultation. Had to schedule a month in advance for a follow up and was forced to reschedule just a few days before my appointment. I was quoted 6-9mo for the plan, but when I asked not to have the invisalign attachments (bumps) on my teeth and was told that it would take 2 years. I was later asked to pay $2,700 up front for the plan. Given that the estimated time for use was 2 years, it seems ridiculous that I'd have to pay a majority of the cost up front. It's clear that they are trying to ensure they get as much money as possible just in case I decide to stop the plan

The Doctors and Hygienists here are top notch. If you ever dreaded going to the dentist for your checkups or procedures, this is definity the place to go. Everyone here cares personally about accommodating your potential discomforts. They will even teach you how to get into the crevices between your teeth at home if needed. Or suggest ways of improving your daily brushing routines based on plaque patterns they find.

Dr. Howley and the entire O'Kane & Monssen staff have been incredible. From the first time I called to make an appointment, Marilee made me feel right at home, almost like I was joining a family. Dr. Howley has been incredibly professional and also educational in the services I have received. Highly recommend this practice.
