We would highly recommend this place. Travis was very knowledgeable and patient when we asked him tons of questions. He was able to provide our report that same evening and our agent was really impressed with how detailed and thorough his report was. Kate is very professional!! She arrived early to my potential new home and did a thorough inspection inside and out. She communicated with me the entire time and let me know what exactly they were looking for with each inspection item. I actually learned a lot! His is our 5th home we have purchased during our lifetime...and this is our "forever" home (no more moving for us). We met Tom at our new home earlier than expected as he had arrived on the job early and was ready to go over the report. So impressed with him.
