During the home inspection, the inspector shall wear gloves and face mask at all times and also wear booties when inside the home. Inspector shall disinfect and clean all work spaces that have been in contact with. Inspector will, at all times, maintain a social distance of 6 feet.

I am the owner of Triton Home Inspections. I have been doing home inspections now for the past 8 years conducting over 2000 residential inspections, abiding by the highest of standards and have had the opportunity to train on the job with a Certified Master Inspector and really learned what it does take to provide you with an accurate and complete and personalized home inspection.
During the inspection, the home inspector will perform a visual inspection of your property from the top to bottom, which includes the following. Exterior features including siding, soffit, porches balconies, walkways, railings and driveways. Home inspectors only perform a visual inspection and so they can only be liable to inspect what they can see and have access to.
Your full, visual report will be delivered within 24 hours of the inspection by email and/or text. Triton Home Inspections' reports feature a Repair Request Document generator for agent partners. This helps agents quickly grab the language to copy/paste into their document to ask for repairs or concessions.
