I am a realtor and I have to order home inspections quite often. Even though Jason is a really busy guy he manages to fit me in his schedule. As we all know home inspections can make or break a deal and we want to have thorough reports and also an inspector who won't scare away our clients. Jason is really good with explaining to clients of all levels. He makes it fun and interactive so the clients feel at ease during the process. He is an A+ inspector in my book.

Just want to say Jason is the man and if I ever get another house I will definitely use him agian he is a true professional he was on time inspected every nook and cranny in my house he is very organized and his reports are on time very detailed and easy to read if you are looking for an inspection on a house or a manufactured house he has you covered and a great price

I can't thank Jason enough for his thoroughness, professionalism, and genuine empathetic nature while conducting a new home inspection for my family and I last week (and a follow-up visit again this week). He looked out for our best interest and did an incredible job educating me throughout the inspection process, taking photos, raising several concerns, and listing items clearly in his detailed report which, amazingly, he turned around in just 1 day!
