DeBerry Inspection Services is a locally owned, full-service, home inspection company with over 33 years of continuous experience serving San Diego County. Our Inspectors bring the highest level of experience and engineering education to your inspection. Each inspector has met the rigorous examination requirements of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).

In 1997, we started our HomeSite Inspection Company division to offer clients a less expensive inspection by utilizing a pre-printed matrix format with the results delivered at the time of the inspection. An addendum report with digital photos of significant conditions from the inspection will be be emailed the same evening.
