Great Lakes Rehab Center Community will be one of the best in the nation. The sheer amount of passion invested into this project is a highlight of the dedication found in our team.
We questioned every assumption about what senior care is supposed to be, then blended science, art, research and experience to execute one of the most ambitious senior care projects in the nation. Like our care, our facility is one of a kind and perfect for the nature loving resident. Our facility is anchored by a beautiful terrace, patio, and courtyard which play host to daily activities, barbecues, and birthday parties.
We have developed a variety of healthcare amenities right here on site at Great Lakes Rehab Center. Our residents have access to physicians 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Beyond just having physicians on-site and a staff full of RN's, LPN's, nurses assistants, physical therapists and dieticians-we've developed partnerships with local hospitals, and other providers to ensure our residents have access to the care they need at all times.

I would NEVER send a loved one here! They were horrible- staff not friendly! They were not available to meet with family! Staff was so rude and uncaring- left bruise on my family member! Family member is a diabetic and they have no options for diabetic food plan! Family member was there for 10 days before given a shower! Had to wait hours for pain meds! DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE!

Horrible place, don't trust them to care for a family member. My husband's grandmother was sent from the hospital to this facility for rehab. After a hospital stay for dizziness and falling, she also had a rash, which was believed to be scabies ,which is highly contagious, and she was diagnosed with early stage dementia in the hospital. She was taken to the facility although she fell, she was able to walk by herself with a walker before being admitted. Once she was admitted to the nursing home, we made sure to keep communication with her social workers and nurses. We were constantly calling and

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My grandmother just got there last night and she is calling and wants out of there as fast as she can they weren’t very nice to her they won’t give her, her own clothes! And she feels super uneasy with the people there I wouldn’t send my dog to a place like this please don’t send your loved ones there!

Nothing but problems with My Father here! I currently live in Florida which Makes it hard! Then you find out they have no phones in patients rooms and when you do call THEY Don’t ANSWER! Received special permission from “upper management” to be able and have a cake delivered for his birthday which is today Sunday and of course WAS TOLD NO because… there is no communication in this building! Absolutely none! Last week was told by Case Manager they were having a meeting for my Fathers plan of care and they would call and let us know the outcome...we’ll yes did get the

I work for Advacare Systems and the Administrator Director, Ruithie Newman was awesome in taking care of me and my coworker Johnathan Dietz. We did a pick up of equipment and she made sure that we were safe and provided us with PPE equipment to safely do our jobs. She is a awesome person. keep up the great work

My aunt was there and received very poor care. The Administrator is very rude and unprofessional. My aunt was sent out to the hospital and they never even notified our family! I’m sure that they will delete this review just as they removed that of other family members. Their own staff has criticized the professionalism of this work environment, and not to mention the way they handled a patient carrying the coronavirus.

I can give the actual facility a five star review. A movie theater, salt water fish tank and wide hallways are just a few of the amenities. It’s just a nice place. I’m still formulating my opinion/review on the care. My 93 year old Grama is there. She can be a handful. But, when you live through the holocaust I guess you’re not too eager to have people tell you what to do. 😁 I hope to bring my kids up there today and maybe learn more.

What a great facility!! The staff is amazing and the administrator is the best of the best!! They truly care for your loved ones and will go above and beyond to make sure they have what they need!! It’s not just about the patients it’s about their families too!! Highly recommended for anyone needing to find a rehab facility for loved ones!!
