I can't actually give a review yet, but here's my experience:
I was told to bring the car on Nov 2nd and that I should know something in 2-3 days. When I got there I was told 3 weeks before they could look at it. It was confirmed that they looked at the car, but it's DECEMBER 12th and no one has given me the courtesy of a call back even though I've spoken to the receptionist 4 times who assured me a technition would call. That was TWO WEEKS AGO.

I grew up next door to Jeff. I remember a day when I looked out and saw a 2nd gen camaro with a blower sitting a foot out of the hood. It was Jeff. I was a kid and did the burnout hand signal..to which he happily obliged. Worked with his lil sis many years later and he still remembered. Genuinely thoughtful and kind dude who exudes knowledge.

I bought a lotus and it was delivered with a flat tire. Jeff came out to my house picked up the tire and brought it back the next day to put the tire on and check the pressure in the rest of the tires. He was happy to answer any question I had! Amazing customer service! A+! I will be using them for the service of my car.

They are absolutely wonderful! I took in my Dad’s 1993 Ford Lightning. We had been having trouble with it going dead and just not running right. Several other local mechanics had tried to fix it with little success. I read about Hesco and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. They got Dad’s truck running perfectly! I will never let anyone else work on it again. They do a great job and great work! I just can’t thank them enough for all they did. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

I brought in my 2001 (yes) Miata SE because it had thrown a fan belt for the power steering and AC. It ran well otherwise but, due to age, had a VERY sloppy shifter; it wiggled around like it would fall off. The guys replaced a bushing, and a couple of internal "boots" and the difference is amazing. The original, very short throw for the shifter has been restored and it is literally like new. MUCH more fun to drive. Very pleased.

As someone indicated, they do a lot of specialty high end vehicle work but it has been well worth the extra to know that the work is done right. I have been taking my now 10yr old (beater) Jeep here for 8+ years and will take my new Subaru here. Joe is great and always has the time to spend explaining anything to you. He even took my husband and son around the shops to look at all of the cars there.
