Shelly helped us buy a foreclosure property through HUBZU, an on-line auction service. She actually was bidding on the property for us from the airport on the way out of town on vacation! HUBZU can be a difficult company to deal with and she dealt with them like a champ! She has always been very responsive to our phone calls and e-mails, and continued to offer advice and assistance even after the sale was complete.

When we moved back to Iowa after living away for 28 years, we worked with Shelly to find a house in a few short weeks. She spent weekends helping us find the right home. Shelly helped make sure the whole experience went smoothly. We closed on time and moved in exactly as we planned.

Wendy was the realtor representing the buyers of my home. She continuously ignored communications with my realtor, and did not supply the promised paperwork to meet the needs for closing. She wasted a lot of people’s time and money and caused a lot of stress and anxiety that could have been easily avoided if she would have just communicated like a professional should.

My husband and I moved from NY to IA for work and are so glad we were referred to Shelly and Mike Hull! Moving is already stressful enough, never mind a 1000 mile move, and the Hulls made it possible. I would avoid Sellers & Seekers Real Estate. Sellers and Seekers had the responsibility to disclose inspection results by a date disclosed in purchase agreement, but did not disclose results or issues until day before closing. Furthermore Sellers and Seekers has a D rating on the Better Business Bureau. Please check out Sellers and Seekers Real Estate BBB review.
