Appointment REQUIRED for service on your Murf Electric Bike. No drop offs permitted without a scheduled appointment. You can drop off your Murf at any time during our normal business hours on your selected appointment date ONLY. Once your Murf is dropped off at your appointment time, you can expect it to be completed within 2-10 days, depending on the type & severity of the service needed.
Awesome machine I take it for a ride everyday an have not had a minutes problem well built Thank you very much. I've had this bike for probably about 2-3 months. I've already put 150+ miles on it, just going to and from the beach. My surf rack fits perfectly on it and it carries a board and me (175lb) with ease up and down the many hills in my town to the beach.
Our high quality Samsung cell batteries will get you between 25-45 real-world miles per charge. This depends on rider weight, terrain, and riding style. Had my Izzy Cruiser a little over a week now and absolutely love it. Easy to assemble and so much fun. A 52V battery is able to deliver the same amount of power using less current, this means you'll get awesome power from your fast fat tire electric bike while generating less heat in the motor and controller. A higher voltage also allows you to get more range out of your electric fat bike before you notice any decrease in power.

Nice enough staff decent product but not nearly as durable as I would have expected for the price of their bikes. The reason for such a low review is when, not if they break they have a month wait for expensive repairs with no real options to go somewhere else. And much like an old Harley these things are always breaking. We have had 2 Murphy for a little over a year and have had many trips for service. To much power for some of the lower quality moving parts. For instance, They use pot metal for their kick stands that we have broke 2 already.

I purchased an izzy cruiser 2.5 years ago and I love the thing as I live in a beach town with lots of hills. I'm seeing bad reviews and I have to say these guys are pretty good fellas if you ask me. They are a bit swamped in the service department and it took me two weeks to have work completed. I burn through a back tire once a year and I take it to them because the wheel could use a trueing and they check breaks etc .I recently picked my bike up
(Rear tire and tube replacement ) and took it for a ride the next day , within 4 miles the back tire blew out. I found no reason for it from examining

Purchased two (2) Murfs. The raised white letter tires they advertise are not what you actually get with the bike. I specifically ordered a white bike to go with the white letter tires they advertise online. When I picked up my bikes the tires were plain blackwalls (cheaper). When I asked the sales guy why my new bikes lacked the white letter tires as they advertised he made me feel like I was asking a stupid question and dismissed me.

Bought two ebikes. A izzy beach cruiser and then a fat murf. Pedal came off while riding.
Went with Murf because of the local repair and 2 year warranty.
Showed up on Sunday 9/12 to have the bike repaired. Was told by the manager and sales representative, that repair would take 10 minutes, but that they were too understaffed to do it that day.
Literally said sorry, we cant today, bring it back another time.
They advertise a warranty, and that they'll fix the bikes for 2 years. But, service stops at the sale.

Nice guys but terrible customer service. My bike has been there 2.5 weeks for a repair, (their voicemail says bikes will be repaired in 4-5 days) have called multiple times to see when it would be ready. If you can actually get anyone on the phone they are polite, but can't tell me when it will be done. Finally spoke with someone, promised it would be done the next day, drive all the way down to San Clemente (called to beforehand to confirm it was actually done, but nothing but automated voicemail of course, AGAIN) and my bike isn't done. "the tech working on your bike is sick"

I have had my Murf for 7 months and have put over 1600 miles on it. I have had a couple of minor issues; loose battery mount and a programming correction. The service department was stellar and got the bike in and out in one day on both occasions. The bike, of course, is a blast. The folks at Murf are a breath of fresh air. They do not disappoint. Thanks to all for your efforts!

Why are these guys such dicks? I spent $2500 on an Alpha and accessories and these guys act like I'm an inconvenience. Whatever. After that experience we bought four more ebikes, an eLux, a Blank and two Rads. The Rads have the best service and the Blank is exactly like the Murf, same parts only half the price and no attitude!

I haven’t received our bikes yet. Hopefully next week. I can tell you, so far they have been great to talk to. They make me feel comfortable with my decision. I’ve have never rode one of their bikes and haven’t seen one, other than online. I think if you have a problem with these guys, it’s probably a good time to check yourself.

I love my bike . The customer service is so good its amazing.They care about you and your bike. The whole crew there is helpful and cool. They also repair your bike if you need any in the future. I have had mine for 3.5 years and only one time it needed minor fixing (tire...chain) small kine fix. Josh and his crew are hands down the best! Thanks Guys Bash

These guys went above and beyond since the moment I ordered my bike to the moment I picked it up. I wish I remembered their names. From the girl behind the counter to the guy who set it up for me and loaded it on my truck. All the employees have a great attitude. I'm very technical so I asked questions out of the normal. This bike shop is family owned. The owner lives and breaths customer service. You won't find a better built electric bike. The bikes are so solid and comfortable, cool and styling. They service their bikes too on site! So if you get a flat or need a new chain they will be there 100 percent for you. April 14 2017 we purchased my sons Murf. Three times a day to Lowers and all over town and just now on Aug 25 2020 it needed its first minor tune up. LOVE MURF. Don't even think about the other guys.... Murf Stands Alone.

We have had our bikes for about 6 months and love them!! My tire blew riding home last night and I brought it in this morning. The guys fixed it right away! Stellar experience from purchasing and running into anything needing fixed on the bike. Great customer service, good people and awesome bike. I've got 569 miles on mine and if there wasn't a store then I would have had to ship it and wait.

I visited Murf when they first opened in San Clemente, and was so impressed with their assistance and professionalism. I purchased my lime green cruiser and whenever I need help or have questions, they are more than happy to assist. The guys at Murf Bikes are awesome. Every time I have had a problem they were right on it--mostly operator error but they were really nice about picking my bike up and helping me. If you buy an ebike it is important that you are able to get assistance when you need it. Murf Bikes is located downtown and is easy to get to.

OK these guys are awesome! I took one of my bikes back (we have four) and it had some issues they took it in right away replaced the part of the engine and said it was covered under warranty their service is awesome. We love our Murph bikes and would recommend them to anyone and the customer service has been awesome!

I've had my first two Murfs for over a year now and they are still going strong. Purchased 2 more fat murfs recently so friends and family can experience all the fun and joy that comes from cruising anywhere on these great bikes. Had my original bike in for service today. Their service is exceptional. They went through the entire bike and cleaned up and repaired things I hadn't even noticed. Not too many (or any) other companies out there that would do that.
