Since moving to the area in 2003 we have owned a total of 8 European vehicles (6 BMW's and 2 Mercedes). We are able to buy get confidence because of the service we get with Bertini's. They are always honest and are the ONLY repair shop that has EVER charged less the the quoted price!!! Over the years they have constantly remained honest, affordable and extremely professional. WE HIGHLY RECOMEND!!

Not pleased with our experience at this company. Poor communication and they prepped us for the ultimate upsell after performing work they knew would possibly lead to more work but they didn't tell us the facts till after they did a $1400 job. We just moved here from Arizona and we are looking for a straight forward mechanic (s). This is obvious not who we are looking for. Be careful! Masters at the upsell game!!!

Very considerate workmanship. They called and said I did not need all the brake service work that the MB dealer had recommended. Bertini's said that I just needed pads and in 2 years I will be ready for the extra work. Thanks for being very honest and putting the customer first!

My father drove in from another state and need his breaks changed on his Q7. They were able to check the car out and change the brakes in one day. John and his team provide exceptional service.
