Their communication is excellent, they carry top-of-the-line products, and they are always willing to share new product information with me. Everyone at IOC was so kind and helpful! My husband has been having major sciatica problems. The store carries many products that he has found very helpful, including a back brace, an amazing heating pad, and a triangular pillow to raise his knees when sleeping and take pressure off his back. I highly recommend IOC!

Really like this place the girls at the desk were very helpful and kind. They asked me questions and showed me the different things I needed then help me get fitted for a knee brace.They are very Knowledgeable. And made me feel good on both my visits. Great job ladies. So happy that this place is local and close to home, this was the perfect place to stop and shop right before a much-needed surgery!
The employees were friendly and full of knowledge, and even if they don't have a specific item in the store, they were more than happy to help you find it online, and even have the option of them ordering it for you, and shipping it to their store at no cost to you.
I was able to find almost everything I needed for an upcoming procedure, and this place put my mind at ease as they had plenty of choices and options to choose from.
This place is a must for folks looking

These girls were phenomenal and very helpful with my needs!! Very friendly, professional, and understanding! I had never been in this medical supply store but, I had been familiar with other facilities in Utah County because I helped my disabled mother with getting her needs. Although, my mother's medical supply store was good, but the personalities of the staff were hit and miss. The other medical supply stores aren't even worth mentioning. I will continue shopping for my medical needs at IOC and I will be referring any individual who asks me where a excellent medical supply store! Thank you!

What a pleasure to have walked through the doors of IOC today. I had spent hours earlier in the day calling multiple medical supplies businesses . None were able or willing to help me. I tried to purchase a sequential compression device through this store, and the experience was awful. IOC's owner and staff lied to me, tried to gaslight me, and are just rude and unprofessional. They are very cruel, and do not care about the wellness of their customers. I urge people to avoid this place like the plague.
At first, the front workers seemed friendly and helpful, and I was happy by this store's product selection. On March 9, I spoke about our needs with Sky, and she said that IOC could order the device without problems. I sent over dozens of pages of medical documentation
