Micron Metal Finishing is a full service large volume custom electrostatic powder coating job shop serving Chicago, surrounding suburbs, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and the Midwest region. In our state of the art 75.000 sq ft facility we have three conveyorized lines with state of the art automatic reclaim booths and two batch operations.
We can handle parts as large as 90" x 40' x 120" and parts as small as nuts and bolts. With the capability of running multiple colors on multiple lines we have the flexibility to be able to service you with the highest quality finish in the time frame that will allow you to gain a competitive edge in our time sensitive market.

Micron Metal Finishing was started with one goal in mind "To provide the highest quality metal finishing combined with the best customer service in the industry." To achieve that goal we have established a management team with over 100 years of experience in the industry. We also always continue to strive to be the leaders in the industry and always look to new technologies to accomplish that vision.
Micron Metal Finishing has a state of the art 75,000 sq ft facility in which we house some of the newest technology in the powder coating industry. We have three conveyorized powder coating lines that can handle parts up to 10ft long and as small as nuts and bolts. Our production lines consist of Nordson spray booths with reclaim technology.
