Took my vehicle for them to find out what was wrong with it. Within an hour, they had called to let me know and what on their way to fixing it. They had a courtesy van even take me to work in Waverly. The pricing was very good and they were very thorough with my car. Jared and Brandon are the best and I would definately go to them for my service needs!

Was visiting Lincoln from Grand Island NE when our key cylinder would not turn over. Stranded, my son-in-law recommended inMOTION. We had our car towed there and they was amazing! Even lent us a rental car to get home. We was in the loop to everything going on with the car and I am so thankful for them.

I was grateful to get the last available appt. for the day and they dropped my car off at my house when they were done, because I was at work. I was able to pay online which made it easy. I only wish the printed inspection reports were easier to figure out.

I was referred by a friend because I’ve found it difficult to find quality auto maintenance at a reasonable price in Lincoln. The customer service (Jared) is outstanding, they did a thorough inspection with a detailed report on what were critical repairs and those that can wait. The price was very reasonable and the work was done very quickly. I would use inMotion again.

I had my oil change here… like many times I have before. Unfortunately, I may not ever again. They raised the price on me, with me not even knowing and did the oil change… I was NOT happy. Had they given me the choice regarding the price, I prob would have went somewhere cheaper, but I will say something positive though, they do pick up your car from your work or home… which is super convenient. However… in these days, every little bit makes a huge difference. Proceed with caution… since they don’t even list prices in their website.

I've been a customer of inMOTION for about 3 years. Initially I took my car there because the shop was close to where I live. Now I take my cars there because they do good work and are honest. In 1964 my father bought the VW-Audi-Subaru dealership in Lincoln. I spent my summers working in every department from wash boy to General Manager.
A couple year ago I took my F150 4x4 to inMOTION for a 60k service. The mechanic that worked on my truck gave it a thorough inspection and noticed a leak in the rear differential housing. The cast iron housing where the fill plug is located was cracked. I asked

Welcoming during making appointment and when I checked it. Done within the amount of time they stated it would be, did not take long at all. Great staff, not bad price at all! I am very impressed at how well I was treated through the process of having my vehicle serviced! Anyone I spoke with had a very positive attitude and seemed like you are their first priority. I really enjoyed having pictures to go along with their inspection of the vehicle. It really gave me a better idea of what condition certain parts were in versus just being told you should replace something. I don’t think I will be looking anywhere else to have my vehicles serviced.
