I would give 0 stars if I could. The service from start to finish was a complete disaster. On the website it’s clear that you can pick from any two wineries, well that was not the case at all. Michael who booked everything for us told me my group was too large for most wineries and kept going back and forth with us and which places we can choose from. The wineries we settled with were Pindar and Laurel Lake. The reservation we had confirmed with him for Pindar was for 1pm and he said it was for 12 (false) so we had very limited time there. We did a mommas' winery day and had Michael as our driver! We couldn't have picked a more friendly, helpful and professional driver! Michael was always ready to lend a hand, even as I fell into the limo due to my heels. Momma isn't used to wearing heels after being on maternity leave for 4.5 months. Highly recommend this company and ask for Michael as your driver!!!

We had Michael drive 7 girls out to the wineries yesterday! He was fantastic!! He arrived early and waited for us. Once out in the wineries, he parked nearby and pulled up to take us to the next one within a few mins of us texting him We were ready!! He was accommodating accommodating even stopped at one point so we could use the restroom on the way home.. Thanks for making our girls day so amazing!!

We booked a limo to take us to 2 vineyards. It was a hot day and the limo did not have working AC. The air completely broke on the ride home so there was no air flow at all. The company “tried” to get another ride and could only offer us an SUV that would not fit the whole party. Overall terrible experience and it was very expensive. I would never use this company again. The owners are con artists who fail to maintain their cars and customer service is horrendous.

As a mother's and father's day gift we hired them to take us to two wineries on Long Island. They sent us an unsafe driver. First the driver called to say that they would be late. Then, as they attempted to back down the driveway, we watched from the door as they drove up on the grass. It took multiple tries before they got down the driveway, Don't know why they backed down the driveway. I wish I would have read these reviews before booking with them.
5 days prior to an event I booked weeks ago, they called me and said there was a Maintence issue......
So I asked if I took the smaller van than was originally booked if I would be given a discount......
I didn't even cancel since it was 5 days prior to a surprise party I was booking for my boyfriend.....
They breeched the contract and I am 100% going to sue them for that. Completely unacceptable and I hope this review helps others in not having a detrimental thing happen to them

If I could leave 0 stars I would’ve. I ordered a limo for my 5 friends and me to go to 3 vineyards for a birthday, at what I originally assumed was a great price. This company is highly unprofessional. The service was distasteful. I ordered a party bus. When I reached out to inquire about their services, the person I originally spoke with was pleasant and helpful. When I called back to book the party bus I got the owner. Please listen to the other reviews of this place... I was naive and did not. I paid a $250 deposit 3 weeks in advance for a birthday party. Was told id receive a contract that day, and didn't. Asked for the contract multiple times and got nothing after they received my money. The worst limousine service ever. The limo (a Lincoln) was dirty on the exterior. The inside smelled like an old nightclub (cigarettes etc). The driver couldn't figure out the sound system which ate up a half hour of time. After that we had him take us to wineries and then to south Hampton. He couldn't find the place which is absurd since the name is the address!!! On our way home the driver told one of our friends at a rest stop he wanted more money. This company is terrible. I ordered a party bus for my sisters 21st birthday brewery tour weeks in advance. I spoke with the owner on the phone a week before the party and the day before to confirm that a bus would be taking us to three Long Island breweries. They were extremely unresponsive the entire time, and then 2 days before my bus was supposed to go to the wineries he completely stopped answering so I called all of the wineries I was told we were going to, and they had no reservations from them which was what he told me was included. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Spent $1100 on this ride, the driver told us if we went over our time we would be charged a $200 overtime fee which was FINE. It was 5:05 and he pulls over on the side of the Long Island expressway for 20 minutes demanding us to pay the $200 cash and refused to drive us back to our destination??? After they finally agreed to bring us back they decided to pull over again, into a parking lot where nobody had their car and my husband met me there and the… driver blocked him into the spot and demanded an extra $200 to bring us less than a minute down the block. My brother's wedding was this weekend. Driver pulled over on side of road 15 minutes out from venue (with children on the bus) turned off the bus and lights and said we were at time, would not go any further until he was paid $350 cash. My friends and I took one of ACE Limos to Boardy Barn this past weekend and had the greatest time. Our driver, Frankie, was extremely punctual, courteous and overall a very easy guy to work with. The limo was clean and the pricing was fair. He stopped along the way for bathroom breaks and was very patient with our large group and our timing. We truly could not have asked for a better experience overall. If you use ACE definitely ask for Frankie!

This company, its owner and son’s personally used our limousine service on a visit to Atlanta on October 22,2018. As a fellow livery operator we trusted them on providing their credit card later and gave them a complimentary upgrade to one of our gorgeous Mercedes Limo Sprinter customs. Believe all the bad reviews. I ignored them and I now regret it.
This company just took $1,000 from my debit account more than a full week after we used their service on 4/13. Apparently the charge was for damaging the ac unit on their bus. They did not even bother to notify me about this, no email, text, call, nothing at all. And just went ahead and took a grand from my account. If there was an issue why wouldn't they contact me immediately. The worst part is the AC on the bus was not even working!
Besides that, the busses showed up a half hour late of the scheduled time and we ended

The owner Brandon is a despicable businessman and has zero clue on how to do the right thing for customers.
Our limo had ZERO a/c the entire ride and blew out a tire on our way home, with an hour to go. We all had to take Uber's from the side of the parkway because the driver could not get in touch with Brandon (surprise!) I have been trying to get refunded for our alternate transportation home for 2 months now and the owner Brandon cannot be bothered to call me back.

The worst wine tour company on Long Island. Has absolutely nothing positive going for it at at all.
- The A/C and Radio stopped working 5 minutes into the ride on a 90 degree day in August. If you read other reviews, this is something that multiple other groups encountered, so definitely a recurring theme

We booked Ace Limo for a winery tour to celebrate my sister's bachelorette and the service was beyond terrible!
Driver was disrespectful, he started by telling us the initial deposit didn't went through which was a lie. He didn't have the AC on even after we asked him to have it ready before, so we wouldn't be uncomfortable and of course he never did, it was the hottest day of the year so it was quite annoying. Driver also stopped to get Coffee, gas and bathroom break during the service. Once he dropped us off at our final destination he claimed his own "gratuity"
