Booked a car service for the weekend - they came on the wrong day. Got 2 phone calls and nasty text messages saying I've been black listed. When I called back owner was extremely rude - told me it was my fault he booked the wrong day because I didn't check the email - and then proceeded to respond with "WHATEVER I DONT CARE ILL BE THERE ON SATURDAY ANSWER YOUR PHONE".
Maybe if he wasn't talking in a pirate accent when I initially booked my reservation he would have gotten the day right. I also called once and gave me one price and called back and gave me a higher price

Owner is super rude. I called and was speaking to the owner and the call dropped. I called back and got screamed at because I called back and didn't know he put me on hold and was told I had to wait. If this is how he treats you before he has your money I can only imagine how you would treated after he has your money. Also check out the non recommended reviews! Stay away. There are plenty of companies out there who will treat you right.

I use this service quite frequently for work and the drivers are reliable, friendly and professional. Always on time and great communication. My one negative is the unprofessional way the phone is answered by the office there is one person who thinks it funny or catchy to be a pirate ? It is a complete turnoff to a great experience and he should be told to stop! I have hung up several

Excellent communication, on time, what more can I say? Driver Terry excels as a driver, why? He picked me up at JFK during one of the most fierce, destructive storms in recent memory on Long Island and SAFELY delivered me to my destination. Whenever I revisit, I will try to get Driver Terry at Aaron Limousines!

I am so impressed! We hired a limo to take us to the wineries for the day, and unfortunately, the limo broke down in our driveway. I called countless companies hoping that someone would happen to have a car to take us. I messaged Aaron on Yelp, and he was so responsive. He had a car come to us within an hour and a half. I was so impressed. The driver, Eddie, was nice and courteous. We got a Lincoln and it was nice and clean. We were very happy, and will be using Aaron Limousines in the future!

Best car service in New York!! With my family living on Long Island and me living in Las Vegas ... there are a lot of trips from JFK to LAS! It's like the best of uber, without the inconsistency of uber. YOU KNOW that their is a protocol; you will have comfortable seating , a set rate (paid before the trip starts), water , wifi in all vehicles.
I was pleasantly surprised by this taxi service ,as most cabs on long island are using broken down unclean vehicles with reckless drivers with ever changing rates. With the pricing being similar, I would consider Aaron's superior in every way.
if they service your area, use them.you wont regret it.

On time and in fact early for pickups and both drivers were nice and professional. The second driver was great. We called the office to request a later pickup 10:30 instead of 10:00 since the wedding we attended was ending around 10:30 and we were having a great time. The driver tried calling us about 15 times since he arrived at 10:00 and was not notified by his office. He was very pleasant and understanding when we finally arrived.
The first driver was OK but was using a gps to find Terrace in the Park and we got stuck in traffic by Citifield. The geniuses over there close off a lot of roads

I used Aaron's Limousines for an airport run the day after Thanksgiving. Not having flown out from LGA in awhile and not knowing what to expect with the current construction, I requested a 4 am pickup for a 7 am flight. The driver on this leg Terry arrived at my house promptly on time. The car was very clean and comfortable. My return trip was the following Tuesday during the rain storm. My flight from Chicago kept getting delayed so I was in constant contact with Aaron. Even with all of the delays, Aaron himself came to pick me up and was just a few feet away when I exited the terminal.

We used Aaron Limousines to pick us up at JFK after our Italy trip. After landing I texted Aaron and he immediately had his driver call me. We made arrangements about when and how to contact him after we left customs and the terminal.
The driver kept speaking with me on the phone as we left the terminal and directed me to where he was waiting for us. The entire procedure worked like a charm and it was great to be picked up in a new, clean car with a very courteous driver. The ride home was smooth and stress free, exactly what we needed after flying for 9 hours!
