They arrived earlier than expected which is always a great thing. The driver was very nice and friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the ride. I LOVE this company and continue to rely on them to transport my family safely and on time everytime we travel. We've used them three times for round trip airport service and once for round trip transportation to a wedding within the past year. They cancelled my reservation to pick me at LaGuardia -- at night -- WHILE I WAS IN THE AIR! They said because of my "flight continually changing." It was delayed, but they knew that, and told me they were getting the updates when i called the office from my connection airport. The last change had been several hours before we even took off for the 2+ hour flight to NY.

This is our 2nd or 3rd time using 516 Car Service. Easy scheduling process, with a good selection of vehicles. The owner, Manny has been our driver. He's polite, professional & thus far quite punctual, getting us to our destination in a safe & timely manner. Prices are reasonable. They've earned their way to becoming our preferred car service. Highly recommended.

As only an occasional visitor to NYC, this car service never disappoints! My flight was delayed by over an hour and a half, however; when I arrived my driver Manny was waiting there for me. He told me that they monitor the flights and knew it was delayed. I was so relieved! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a reliable, stressless service!

516 Car Service is the best. I have used them for transportation to and from Laguardia and JFK Airports. They are ALWAYS on time and the drivers are soooo nice. and helpful. On our recent trip to Laguardia, we had a pick up time of 4:30AM. Vinny, our driver, was at our house at 4:20AM. ready to take us on our way. The cars are always shiny and clean and they even give you a bottle of water. If you need a ride, call 516 Car Service. I highly recommend them..

We booked this company to take my elderly grandparents from Hicksville to Dutchess county on thanksgiving day. The driver, Manny was on time, very pleasant and helpful. My grandmother didn't feel well during the trip, and he stopped a couple time to make sure she was ok, and comfortable. Manny was absolutely wonderful. My grandparent were very happy ( and they can be a little hard to please). Manny made sure they got to our holiday safely. I would absolutely recommend them

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY!!! This car service is good UNLESS you get one of the owners. He drives like a snail and seems to be a "traffic magnet". By that I mean he takes "shortcuts" that never pan out and won't listen to me when I tell him the best way to go. Takes forever to get home from JFK with this guy. EVERYONE passes him on the highway and he doesn't seem to get it. DRIVE FASTER AND STAY OFF THE NORTHERN STATE!!!!!!
I won't use them again unless I can request a specific driver. On second thought, scratch that - I'm done with them.
