Called in and booked a prom over the phone with Liz last week. We were able to do everything over the phone, and a contract via email. She was very professional, sweet, and understanding to my fears of a group of under age kids in a limo. The limo arrived on time, was very nice, and the driver Bill was extremely professional. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

Had a wonderful girls trip to the winery, Liz , the manager, was super helpful and knowledgeable and made the booking process super simple. Jean, the driver, was on time and very professional and our limo was so beautiful! Definitely recommend and will be booking again.

I frequently travel for work and was in need of a transportation company I could depend on. I gave S&G a try on a whim to support a local business. It was the best decision I have made. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. My family has used S&G for countless airport trips. Always fairly priced, always on time (actually early, which I love), friendly, professional, organized. This past year my mom became very ill, and her sister frequently flew into NY to visit and help me care for her. On my Aunt’s last trip to NY, an S&G driver arrived to bring her to the airport to fly back home. I was devastated, because my mom was on hospice & I didn’t want my Aunt to leave. This S&G driver heard (from my aunt) how sick her sister is, all the way to the airport. He

S & G drivers need training, lots of training. In customer service. In driver etiquette. The driver who picked me up at 9am from the Long Island Marriott and took me to LaGuardia Airport all but demanded that I engage in conversation with him. Despite my every effort to show him that I preferred silence.

I travel for work and frequently need a ride to a NYC airport from Long Island. Taxi service has been unreliable in my area of Long Island. I have found the only service for me. S&G Limousine is professional and offers the customer service that is lacking from other companies. I will only use them and without reservation recommend them to all looking for a car service.

We tried S&G for the first time to get to JFK from the north shore of long island. The driver, Guy, contacted me about a half hour prior to a 5:30a pickup that he was on his way, arriving about 15 minutes early which was perfect. He was prompt professional and courteous, very nice, and had no problem making a quick stop for me (about 5 minutes, right on the route). Car was a very clean large black Mercedes. Would definitely use again!

First time customers of S&G. Used another company for many years but found recently that their prices were seriously inflated. My granddaughter, has been using S&G for several years travelling home from college and highly recommended them. Our trip to JFK on 3-18 and return on 3-25 went flawlessly. Cars were clean, drivers were helpful and courteous. Planning to use S&G on our upcoming trip this July.

I booked a party bus for 29. Was a little disappointed with the bus. Old and smelled a little. Not what was described to me. Wish I coulda seen it before hand. But they said they didn't have it on the lot. Also the limo was TIGHT with only 26 ppl.
The 3 stars go to service. Friendly staff and driver. The limo was early and on time to pick us up. I would ask to see the limo for sure next time around.
