When we set out to create Sparkly Maids, we decided it would be best to build a house cleaning services in Dallas, Mckinney, Forth Worth TX that our family and friends would want to work with. Our housekeeper company goal is simple and can be broken down into three ideas:. All of our housekeeper/ maids go through rigourous interviews, background & reference checks.
Our Deep Clean Package includes everything in our Standard cleaning package PLUS+ inside microwave, inside oven, wet washing baseboards, doors, wet wash window blinds, light fixtures\fans and heavy scrub of bathtubs. Move-In/Move-Out Package includes everything in our Standard & Deep Clean packages PLUS+ refridgerator, inside cabinets, inside windows, window blinds and top-to-bottom detail of the entire residence.

I scheduled Sparkly Maid service to clean my home on Friday morning. I chose a time slot from 9 AM until till 10 AM for their arrival. At 10:30 AM, I got a call from the maids to tell me that they were running late. By that time, I had already canceled their service for this week and all subsequent weeks. If you’re going to be late, you call within the window to say you’re going to be late. You don’t call 30 minutes after the window to say you’re going to be late. I’m paying you for service. You will be on time. If they need a larger window to be on time, then their service should provide

What a service! Not only were we appreciative of this company for accommodating our last minute request for the deep cleaning services, but we were amazed with how the services turned out! Frank and Maria from Sparkly maids did a super job of deep cleaning our big house - they meticulously worked on every space and did not rush through their work. They were punctual, very courteous and asked us to double check the spaces as they got done to ensure things were to our satisfaction. We couldn't point out anything that was amiss.

We put our home on sale in Frisco, and Sparkly Maids' cleaning crew came in for a needed deep clean a day before the photographer had to take photos for the listing. They made our home SPARKLY, like brand new. They were very professional and meticulous. Thank you for a wonderful job! Our home is undoubtedly looking and smelling fresh!

I have never submitted a Yelp review before for anything but I had to create an account and submit one because I don't want anyone else going through this level of stress by hiring this company. I am pretty relaxed on a normal basis but this is the most horrible experience I have ever had with any company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reach out to literally any other cleaning company. I saw negative reviews on yelp, Google and the Better Business Bureau but foolishly thought that maybe those people were being dramatic but it was all true. This should really be a no star review. After we had some water damage in the house, we hired them to undertake a post-construction cleaning. They came over to give me an estimate in person and were very thorough about the cleaning process. The cleaning crew that came out was fantastic, and we were really pleased.

Our home's pipes burst, necessitating the hiring of professionals to repair our walls and ceilings. Sparkly Maids provided us with a very reasonable quote for a post-renovation cleaning. They came out to our house to do a walkthrough and explain everything about the job. After literally cleaning every inch of the house, I made sure everything was pristine. Their crew spent approximately 8 hours cleaning and dusting our house. Thank you so much guys!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Showed up 3 hours late. Tried to over charge and didn't do their job. Just rinsed my tub and toilet if and didn't bother vacuuming under the exposed side tables . Left empty cleaning supplies all over the bathroom. I emailed then about it and told them and that said they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will send someone out. They refused send someone after reaching out to them and accused me of lying about not getting back to them in time and that it would be a waste of their time to come back. EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude to deal with.

Do NOT use this company they will do a horrible job plus they are a lot more expensive than the average maid service. They also keep your credit card so when you have a disagreement can just charge it at will. They don't keep their word at who will be coming to your house and cleaning and will sent random cleaners into your home with no warning instead of calling and asking if you want to reschedule. Very very upset with the way they do business. Please stay away unless you want to be worried that a shady company has your credit card on file. The fact that this company feels so compelled to

After my dissatisfaction, they promised next cleaning will be much better but no it was worse.
Let me say I have used many cleaning services and they are probably one of the worst.
There's no attention to detail and they promise you several things, but it's not there
They dont wipe down properly, for example: glass coffee tables, hanging mirrors, granite countertops etc.
Most cleaning companies clean inside of a microwave, nope not them
Mopping and sweeping isn't done properly

Sparkly Maids really came through for me, with incredible response time and excellent cleaning service. Thank You!! I learned last minuted that I needed a professional cleaning of my apartment before move out. I contacted a few cleaning services via Yelp, and Emily at Sparkly responded super fast and provided me with a fair quote for the service.
Then, I had a totally crazy day where I lost my house keys and had to run around town to get our extra set. Ugh. Emily was patient and gracious throughout the process, and we still got the cleaning done that day. The floors and baseboards are now clean
