I hired Maid Masters to deep clean our rental townhome in the uptown area last week. Our tenant left the unit pretty clean, but I still wanted it spotless for our new tenant. I was going to get the standard clean, but the person on the phone convinced me that deep clean was best. So I agreed. The unit was empty, so it should have been easy for the maids to do their jobs effectively. When I arrived at the townhome, one of the ladies said I should call the office and tell the office that they only did a regular cleaning, because that's all it needed. Very disappointed with there service. Initially I asked for move out cleaning including carpet steaming. Since I had a wood installation done they asked me to upgrade for remodel cleaning and I said yes for it. Finally I got billed with $705 without even asking for my approval.
The crew completed the cleaning in 3.5 hours with 3 member team and one member who worked for less than an hour.
When I moved in the home and my family did cleaning again. I hired another cleaners and literally they laughed at us as we paid for nothing.

It was stressful dealing with them as they were not focused on customer satisfaction. The cleaners themselves were good and did a great job. But I ended up paying twice of what I got as an estimate and the management were not helpful and instead worried about their time on the phone on a Saturday as is as a customer I need to worry about that. Didn't they agree to take up the work?
Two stars - only for the cleaners.

I paid over $260 for a deep clean of my 1,000 square foot home. The two ladies who showed up did not speak English, so there was a language barrier. The deep clean was supposed to include dusting of blinds and baseboards, which they didn’t do. Nor did they mop all of my floors, clean my shower or my guest bathtub. Extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. Recommend using a different service.

I had a great experience with Maid Masters. They did an awesome job on my move out clean! More importantly, their customer service was excellent. My building was being difficult and wouldn't let them up but the whole team handled it really well and even though they were forced to wait about 20 mins to get in, they still did a great job. Recommend!

I haven't ever had anyone clean my house, other than the family and me. Maid Masters had great communication and reasonable pricing. They scheduled an appointment within a week. They were running a bit late to their scheduled time, but who cares, when your house is so clean. They did a thorough job. My husband couldn't get over how clean our subway-tiled shower was. I am going to schedule biweekly cleaning, and I would highly recommend.

Exceptional service. I requested a quote and Monica responded almost immediately. It was very inexpensive for both carpet cleaning and move out cleaning. They were running a special to help reduce costs due to COVID so I paid $159 for my apt and $85 for carpet cleaning. They arrived on time and were very efficient. I left them alone to do their work and when I returned, they were done (all within 3 hours). I liked that the team communicated when they would be arrive and when they would be done. And I messaged them constantly over the days leading to cleaning and they always responded in a timely

Please do not belittle a customer in your response. Yes, my roommate and I were real customers who hired your services on 2/15. No, we were not paid by your competitor. If you think you feel uncomfortable, then understand what it must have felt like when strangers were going in areas where they were not authorized to be in.

Cleaners had good ethic and went the distance for the whole five hours. Attention to detail was solid and team work was good.

I've used Maid Masters four times now. They've cleaned upholstered furniture, area rugs, wall to wall carpeting, and tile in our kitchen. 5 stars across the board. Michelle is great about communicating and scheduling, the staff has been consistently great. Each time was a breeze. Keep up the good work guys, A plus from me.

The ladies were super friendly and helpful, on top of being totally amazing at their jobs! We had allocated the whole project taking four hours, with two cleaners. The place was immaculate in slightly less than 3, and we ended up paying them for the full time, they were so great!

Hired Maid Masters to clean my home after having poor experiences with several independent housekeepers. Maid Masters has cleaned my home for the 3rd time this week. The company sends 2-3 people to clean and they are done efficiently and quickly! I generally text them for my cleaning appointments which is majorly convenient. I have recommended this company to my friends since finding a good cleaning service can be difficult.
