I absolutely love this Spa, the owner Kathy and the employees. Everyone is always so welcoming with such amazing kindness. It’s extremely clean and sanitary all the time. The owner Kathy is always so understanding of my needs and NEVER tries to push me to have things done so I spend my money there. I have had so many things done at this location. Botox, microblading, eyebrow threading, eyelash lift, cryotherapy, cool sculpting, skin tightening treatments, teeth whitening etc. This Spa is like my second home because their prices are truly reasonable. I highly recommend this Spa to everyone!

They scheduled a 9:30am appointment when they open at 10am! Who does that?! I was actually in shock bc I thought I got it wrong. But I double checked the confirmation email they sent and it did say 9:30am appointment. I left a msg just mentioning that I was there and they weren’t. Day two and no phone call back and no apology. Not the best business practice. Pretty disappointed bc I was really looking forward to this session. We’ll never know now

I made a appointment with zara for an eyelift and tint. She came 15 minutes late. When it was time to check out, she was rude and unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon for the second time, which was mentioned at booking of the appointment and she refused to honor it. As true business person would have honored it and would get positive feedback instead of this negative comment.

I have never written a review before, but I feel this needs to be shared. I had a dermaplaning appointment with Kathy today, during which she CUT my chin open with a scalpel. Of course it was accidental, but she immediately attempted to downplay the situation by telling me multiple times that it was "a superficial scratch" as she held gauze on my chin to stop the bleeding. She then discontinued the dermaplaning and continued to do microdermabrasion instead (which I appreciated, as I did not want any more gashes in my face). Prism Med spa is amazing! The dr and staff were so friendly and the office was beautiful. I choose to go here because I saw good reviews. I went for Botox for my eyes and it looks amazing the dr spent time with me going over what I wanted her to do. It was a peaceful environment and I didn't feel rushed. ! Iv had Botox at other places and this by far is the best I saw the results right away and the prices are great! I will be going here from now on!

I used to go to this place all the time for laser hair removal. The place is small but gorgeous and the staff is nice. They honored my groupon from another place that closed down mid way through my 6 treatment package, which was nice! However, the first weird thing is one of the laser rooms has a window that you can see into the main area/waiting room pretty easily which is weird when I'm half naked getting lasered. Also, this did NOT remove my hair completely. After 8 or 9 sessions here, my thick dark hair was REDUCED, albeit dramatically, but not gone. The laser doesnt hurt at all, which

Kathy and Athena at Prism are sensational! I came to Prism 5 months before my wedding feeling completely disheartened with severe stomach problems. I had been a marathon runner with a fast metabolism but after sustaining a bad foot injury I had gained weight and couldn't get my digestive track working properly. I was always in pain and had not felt good in such a long time. Kathy and Athena not only got me back on track but had me glowing on my wedding day inside and out! I have never been here and I will never go here. Somehow these horrible people got all my contact info and have been harassing me extensively for over a year. I have continually blocked their number as I get incessant text messages at 6 am, phone calls and daily emails. I have contacted them and asked to be removed several times now and after being told I would I am still harassed by these incompetents. Would you really trust these people with your beauty and health when they have clearly shown them selves to harass people and aren't even competent enough to remove a person's information
