If you are looking to Scuba Dive or Snorkel North America's only living coral barrier reef system then you are in the right place! Key Largo Scuba Diving and Snorkeling has some of the best barrier reef systems in the world, with over 221 miles of reef line starting from Key Biscayne down to the Dry Tortugas, and Key Largo Diving is in the heart of it!
Horseshoe Reef is one of our favorite dive sites within the Key Largo Dry Rocks Area. With depths ranging from 5ft to 25ft this makes an amazing dive site for Open Water Divers, Photographers and Snorkelers alike. Horsehoe Reef has surprises waiting around every corner - winding swim throughs, a large formation of elk horn coral and home to an abundence of Parrot Fish, Sergent Majors and Lobsters!
If you want to try scuba diving, but aren't quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, then Discover Scuba Diving is for you. You can try scuba diving close to home or while visiting on vacation. While **NOT a certification course**, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to explore the underwater world.

I have had an amazing experience diving and working with the Silent World team. At Silent World you really feel like you're a part of the family-and the crew goes above and beyond to get to know you and your individual needs. Shelby and Yasmin are a pleasure to work with and really put their hearts into this business. I have had some magical dives off of the Phoenix and am already looking forward to the next one <3

Dove here while I was on a trip to Miami and it was AMAZING. The staff was super friendly, price was unbeatable (included gear too! Gear was in great shape. Wetsuits we used were brand new still had tags on them) and the dives themselves were fantastic. One dive was at a reef, the other was a shipwreck and the water was clearer than Hawaii. Honestly this was the best diving I've ever done and would take a trip back to Key Largo just to dive.
Saw the staff later that night at a brewery and they remembered us and we chatted with them for a bit while getting recommendations for other places

Silent World is my favorite dive center and it is so close to Miami !
I am a novice diver and asked for a great guide to help me. I met Rob and he was a fantastic guide at silent world! He made the trip personalized to fit exactly what I was looking for. We worked on dive skills and searched for sharks (and found one!) . Hope to come back soon !

Did my first ever snorkel trip here a while back ago and I was hooked. Ended up getting certified later on and now going for AOW. Always such an amazing experience with silent world. The energy and attitude of all the staff members is incredible, and always leave you wanting to come back for another amazing adventure.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Silent Word. Not only were the staff members, Shelby and Yasmin, extremely welcoming and helpful but they were also patient with me as this was my first dive. They made me feel comfortable and were super efficient which I appreciated. In terms of the dive, my dive master Christina was amazing! She really explained everything to my curious mind and made me feel safe the entire time! Will definitely be booking more dives with this place, highly recommend!

What an amazing experience. Our instructor Fumi was awesome. He was patient with the group and taught all of us and helped those who needed extra time. He was a wonderful guide during our discovery dive, pointing out interesting things and checking on us frequently. Anna the other guide on our dive was also wonderful at helping me keep my buoyancy and calming me down when I felt like I was losing control. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I would gladly choose them again for another dive.

Absolutely amazing time out! Our first time to the keys and I had some pretty high expectations. Silent World exceeded them! From my first contact on the phone, to coming into the shop to going out on the boat...the staff were welcoming, fun and very knowledgeable. The snorkeling was fantastic and approachable to a novice like myself. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

I've been on 4 charters with Silent World would not hesitate to go out with them again! Our group has always gone out with Capt. Bob and Kim are both genuinely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area where we were diving and I know they will ensure everyone on the boat is safe. On my last trip I had an issue with my BCD which was causing a huge air leak right before I was about to step off the boat. Kim and our group leader were able to shut off the tank, get me out of my gear, fix the issue and get me in the water in about 5min. They definitely saved the day! The whole crew at Silent World

We used to always dive with one of the bigger shops when in the Keys, but discovered Silent World when they were our guides for the Corral Restoration Project. Now they are our first choice for diving in the keys. I can't recommend them enough. We have gone out with them several times. Shelby is so friendly and helpful, and so is the entire crew. Hands down our favorite dive center. I'm so happy we discovered them.

PROS: I never felt like I was in danger. David Smyth was an excellent instructor for my confined water session.
CONS: these are kids who unfortunately are given the responsibility of managing a store. They ask for money but have no clue on proper communication. When I paid in full, they painted this picture that I was going to be able to get certified in 2-3 days, little did I know, they only have ONE BOAT coming in and out, which means you have to be okay with their schedule. What a great operation. My group and I came for a fun weekend of diving. Carrie, the Manager was so easy to work with to setup our group dives. Captain Bob and Kim provided for a wonderful boat experience and Kelly couldn't have been a better dive leader.

I've dived with Silent World a number of times over the years, and have happy memories of the trips and the service they provide. This year, I had reservations to return to dive the Spiegel Grove wreck. I brought all my gear with me from across the country to find the morning temps in the mid-50's F, with 5-ft swells, and a strong breeze. Not my idea of a good time, especially with my skinny 125 lbs frame. The folks at Silent World were very gracious when I regretfully backed out of the reservation because of the weather. I will happily re- book with Silent World again on return visis

This is a long overdue review. I dove with Silent World on a trip to the Keys back in March 2016 when JetBlue had a Leap Day Sale on flights from Los Angeles. This was my first time diving on the East Coast and I was recommended this shop by someone who used to teach at the shop I use here in California. Very friendly staff and awesome customer service. I went on a 2 tank dive trip in the morning. I had to use rental gear since I didn't want to lug all of my dive gear for one day of diving. Pretty decent quality that seem well maintained. Pretty thorough dive site briefings and helpful staff

Silent World was awesome! Connie helped us book an amazing trip, and when there weren't enough divers for the second day (we went in off season), they called another dive shop (Horizon Dive) and made sure we still got a great day of diving. For our first day, we went out with Colin, who was a fantastic instructor, fun, and helped us see tons of beautiful fish and a massive ray! Overall- we had a great time, felt very safe, and give our best recommendations!

Dive, Dive, Dive.......It this is one of your favorite phrase then this is the place for you. My wife and I have dove four times with Silent World and have only had great experiences. With all dive types available, drift, reef, shallow wrecks, and deep wrecks, they can accommodate any level of diver. Many shops in the Keys has "Special Offers" which include a guide one their two tank trips. However most of the time this results in one guide for 10 or more divers. Although it sounds good on paper, although at the end of the dive the cost it the same as Silent World, it becomes more of

Came across this place by a Groupon promotion. Extremely happy that I did! Had an amazing experience. When it comes to diving equipment is of the upmost importance. Silent World Dive has spectacular equipment. And I can't say enough about the staff. We were welcomed by Connie in which was super nice. She introduced us to our guide George who was the bestest!! You do not have to worry about anything with him. He was super informative and understanding. Our Captain was Bob. He as well was super nice! Can't wait to dive with them again!!!
