Beautiful and spacious apartments, quiet neighborhood, very responsive maintenance staff, and great location (tucked away but close to Atlanta Highway and Oconee Connector).
Neighbors are quick to submit a noise complaint. Which you may or may not appreciate.
The emphasis on groundskeeping can be a bit much (e.g., leaf blowers every Friday 8:30 am - 2 pm; asked to move balcony items to pressure wash the building and then again to pressure wash the balcony and then again to paint the building and then again to paint the balcony doors...). It helps keep the place pretty but feels inconvenient and

Westpark club is a great place to live on the west side of Athens. Friendly staff, solid amenities, and a prime location. You won’t regret checking this place out. When moving apartments, I had multiple problems with the status of my apartment due to the previous owners dog doing some damage, Westpark club responded immediately and took care of everything. New paint, new carpet throughout the apartment in a blink of an eye. They are professional and always looking to be fair with their tenants. Check them out!

Make sure you read your lease, as it auto-renews with no warning! They send you offers to renew over and over and over, but if you don't give them your written notice then they will charge you a FULL MONTHS RENT. Signed a 6 month lease so why would it go month to month? I signed for 6 months, not 7.
Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's ethical!

Oh and the gated community that I paid for has been unlocked for over a week now. Like mosquitoes? There's a whole retention pond

The parking situation isn't always perfect, but I'd rather that than assigned spots + I live in the newer phase and it is beautiful. Everything I need in an apartment and it's near grocery stores/shops. I love the dog park for my pup and am considering renewing for another year and transferring from a 1 BR to a 2 BR with my partner! When we toured 2 BR options, Rose was knowledgeable and eager to help, plus Samantha offered great insight as the new Property Manager. Overall, the staff is intentional in their efforts to keep residents happy and it's a perfect little community for me as a young professional

Westpark Club has been such a joy to my new experience here in Athens! I personally could not imagine myself living anywhere else! Management is a complete joke. They all are clueless on how to treat people and run a business effectively. I would highly recommend not even giving this place a chance if you're looking for an apartment in the area. Do not let the "nice" apartments draw you in unless you are willing to put up with unprofessional management.

The clubhouse closes at 5:30pm. Do not expect the staff to stick around for 3 minutes past closing to help you out and let you pick up your packages. Even if you call ahead and let them know you are running behind, expect them to be speeding out of the drive as you pull in at 5:33pm. Zero concern for their residents.

MANAGEMENT. When they get you to sign the lease, they have so many ridiculous fees in place that you don't even know of. They require you to sign the lease FIRST and when you move in, they will add more fees after you're already tied down. I have never seen an apartment ask for citizenship and banking information in order to get approved. I did it anyway because I was in a rush (my mistake). They only let you pay rent from 1st-3rd of the month online and add on ridiculous late fees until you pay them. Oh yeah, you

My son transferred to UGA & just recently moved into the new apartments. Move in date was supposed to be June 4th. They kept delaying the date so he had to commute for 5 weeks. He had to move twice; first from GCSU home & than again to Athens He finally moved in and paid his first rent online August 1st. He was one digit off when he entered the… account number. The transaction said completed! Yesterday he had a note on his door that he owes $200 ($100 late fee & $100 returned check fee) i addition to his rent & threatening with legal action. A simple email or txt messages

I’ve lived at Westpark since August 2016 and have loved my experience! Great amenities (gym, Internet cafe, volleyball and tennis courts, pool, gas grills,etc.) and wonderful, kind neighbors. This is definitely a residential space with great neighborhoods for walking all around, but the location is also very convenient for shopping (2 min from… Aldi, Ingles, Publix and 5 min from Oconnee Connector). My favorite aspects are the woods that surround us (great for sitting on the porch and feeling secluded) and the dog friendly environment! We love all of our dog friends at Westpark.

I lived here many years ago, around 2008-2009. I was really happy with this apartment complex, by far the best apartment complex that I've lived in. The apartment itself was a 2 bedroom, very spacious for a 2 bedroom. The closets were good sized and the pantry with washer/dryer was larger than normal. The only downfall I could say was insulation. The sky window was very drafty in the winter and let in a lot of heat during the summer. I also had a problem with odors, the resident living below me was Indian and cooked very fragrant food that the smell drafted up into my apartment. Since

Great place to live! The office and maintenance staff are very, very helpful and prompt with requests. The pool is huge and very well maintained. There is a large gas grill in the pool area and several charcoal grills around the property. Dog walking areas are well marked and stocked with bags and a trash can.
