I've been a General Contractor for many years and have included gas fireplaces in many jobs. When I wanted to convert my own fireplace to a gas log set these were the guys. Great service and product selection with Larry at New England Hearth and Home! He helped me pick out a gas stove fireplace - and actually told me not to buy the more expensive model which I felt was really genuine. Plus, we got a great rec for a plumber to run our gas line (I got 4 quotes and Larry's guy came out at the best price). We went to a few other showrooms before purchasing our stove, but everywhere else felt really salesy and pushy. Friendly, dependable and fast service. Highly rec!
