Established in 1968, Somers Trust has been providing comprehensive psychological services to residents of the Merrimack Valley for more than four decades. Our commitment is to provide individuals, couples and families who are experiencing difficulty with respectful, collaborative and confidential psychological services.

We are staffed by experienced and licensed clinicians from the fields of psychology, social work, mental health counseling and psychiatric medicine. Services
Psychotherapy is not easily described in general statements. It varies depending on the personalities of the psychologist and patient, and the particular problems you bring forward. There are many different methods that may be used with the problems that you hope to address. Psychotherapy is not like a medical doctor visit.
We work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services such as therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of our clients individual needs to help them attain their personal goals.
To schedule an initial evaluation or appointment call 978-688-8004 and ask for Judy or Lisa. The office is usually staffed from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 2 p.m. on Friday. Client is responsible for all co-payments and any other charges not covered by your insurance company.
Harry Somers is a licensed clinical psychologist specialties include providing cognitive/behavioral therapy for adolescents and adults who have problems with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, stress and relationships. Lonnie Stowe is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been in practice at Somers Psychological Associates since 1980.

I do not recommend this place for therapy. I went here a year ago and I left in tears from a offensive comment a therapist there made.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jim Conway PsyD for some time now and he has been helping me in ways I can’t describe. I am here for cognitive behavioral health purposes and out of the several people I’ve been to over the years he has been Wonderful!!
