I have been a client of this optical for over 14 years and this time the experience was very disappointing. As every year, I came in and took a number which the staff used to use to call clients for assistance. Well, this system is no longer in used... even though they have the numbers available, the staff just go by who enters the door, friends go first, and to make the long story short, I had to wait for 45 minutes and after my father complaint about the way clients are being g helped, then i was called in by one of the staff. Its useless to make an appointment here. They run late. I had a 230 appointment. I arrived at 1:35 and a walk in was taken in before me. When I asked the optometry attendant she mentioned that my appointment was at 230 and she was still on time. Not happy with this place at all.
The only positive I can say is that the attendant measuring my glasses was absolutly lovely and knowledgeable. Not to mention that they are very expensive. The lenses cost more than the frames and the frames were designer.

I Am an Elios customer since 2003,i live in Kendall so I used to spend the whole day waiting there but the results were always awesome and very affordable prices ,the customer service used to be amazing ,I don't know what happened (I think they sold it ,the owner is not Elio anymore ,whish is ok with me as long as the service remains the same or better )This time I went back again for my annual check up with 2 more family members, I have to say that the waiting time is better because is by appointment now ,besides that, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY we all got everything wrong ,the prescription

I went to Elio's optical in person. The place was very clean, they provide hand sanitizer, and everybody was wearing a mask (as required). My mom and grandma have always purchased their glasses from them. It was my first time, and I had a great experience. Zady that very helpful and so was the other lady whose name I cant recall right now. Their prices are also better than Vision Works'. Would totally recommend.

Came in here for an eye exam because my prescription had expired. It was a little confusing trying to get an eye exam because everyone is busy with a client. However, there was a gentleman standing at the counter and I told him that I was here for an eye exam. He said he would go ask, he walked away and never came back. I found that to be strange. I walked up to the small area where they do the first part of your eye exam and the lady there was very sweet and helped my friend and I immediately. The doctor was also very nice and professional. What a nice surprise! A full service optical center with high tech eye scanning. Their choices of high end frames are impressive (note: no Chanel). The customer service from the eye exam to choosing frames was very professional. They are somewhat busy on a Monday afternoon so be prepared to wait a little. Good Cuban coffee across the street.

Great place bad service. Super unhappy. I went on Friday to get my vision checked and to buy glasses, after being there for a 3 hour process I was told my glasses would be available ANYTIME on Monday. So it's Monday morning and I get to the optical and they tell me my glasses wont be ready until tomorrow Tuesday. First of all why would you not give the customer a call?! Second no apologies what so ever. I wasted my time and gas which is totally not cool. The lady was like we didn't have your lenses. So unhappy no CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever.

head over to this optical center.
Not only are they rude and over charge for
lenses but the same person that sell you the
over priced items can also provide you with
eye exams.
Not sure if they are licensed to provide these
exams but when you finally do receive your
glasses, good luck with trying to have them
correct it.
I have yet to hear from them for warranty purchased.
Beware of this place, if I could provide negative stars
I would.
Those who provide stars are probably employees or
family members.

Elio's optical is GREAT! I went there after reading so many wonderful reviews. I had my prescription already and was rushing since I was off on a work trip the next day and needed a new pair of glasses. I was taken care of quickly and with amazing care. Lucy was helpful, professional and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be heading back for eye exams and all my optical needs in the future.

This place is amazing!! After years of searching for a great optical I finally found it. Although it is farther from my house than I would like I don't mind because they have mastered hospitality and service. The staff is incredibly helpful they couldn't make you feel anymore comfortable and help you every step of the way. Also they have spectacular options for everyone!!! Couldn't recommend this place enough I plan to only come here!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came here once hoping to get an eye exam and new glasses. The place was packed with people waiting but you'd think someone in the front desk would greet you to get a ticket or something. Nothing. I decided to chalk it up to being a busy day. I was wrong. Walked in at around 4 pm a month later and there was only one body getting her glasses checked. An older guy walked in before me and the same older lady in the front acknowledged him. She directed him to his pick up but didn't even raise her glance at me once while I stood in front of her desk for

Walked in at 1:30 sat down with no greeting or recognition of my presence at all after waiting almost 45 minutes I walked out at now 2:18 without any of the associates blinking an eye.
