The doctor is new and he was nice.
The employees both are rude incompetent people.
Never trust your vision to these people.
Last year during g transition my glasses were not correct. Now, they call at 5:15 to tell me my insurance is not right? Maybe they don't understand enough English to write a number.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed that they really care about helping people with their vision health. I came to them with questions about glasses I bought from a competitor and they took the time to help me figure out the problem even though I wasn't their customer! I wish I had come to them first!

My experience at this phenomenal Optical Eye Center was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so professional as well as personable. Super amazing staff and very knowledgeable! Dr. Masters helped me decide which contacts work best for my eyes and was very patient throughout the entire process.

Made a last minute appointment and the staff was awesome. First time here and will definitely return for all of my eyewear needs. Very friendly, comfortable environment, staff was knowledgeable and helpful and Dr. Masters did a thorough exam and even took the time to look up a specific brand of eye drops for me and print out a picture so he was sure I would get the right ones.

One of the best optical visits I’ve had! The greeting is more than excellent! As a first time customer, I was welcomed and received high quality service! I would highly recommend to anyone! The receptionist elaborated all of the process that I had to go through thoroughly. Unlike other optical places, I did not have to wait and was taken care of in less than an hour. Not to mention the strict COVID-19 guidelines that they follow!

China helped me with my progressive lenses. Since it was my first time purchasing these type of lenses she was very patient and professional which made me feel comfortable. She patiently answered all of my questions related to progressive lenses and thoroughly explained my insurance coverage. STAY AWAY FROM CORAL EYES, first time I went there, I had to register with them since it was my first time. when it came down to insurance, they told me I didn't have any, after about 2 hours, they finally found out I had insurance. At first Dr. Linnett Molina was nice, she listens to me and my concerns I had. Dr. Linnett Molina gave me a new prescription. After about 3 months of waiting, I finally went there to get my prescription glasses, they never call me to tell me that they were ready. HOLY COW! Coral Eyes is a life saver! Thanks to Doctor Sal Masters and the rest of the Coral Eyes Team for making our trip to Miami one to remember!
