Icons miami is the best !!!!! My girlfriend dog ate my Cartier’s and literally broke them in half I went to numerous store to get them fixed everyone said they was unrepairable I came to icons they ensured me they would be fixed in two weeks . Two weeks past I received a call and went to pick up my glasses they where back to brand new you couldn’t tell they was destroyed icons is truly the best customer service excellent turn around time on repairs superb go to icons for all your glasses needs

Armand was actually helpful. I walked 3 blocks with the pair and came back to return. I didn’t even get a receipt from the sales girl and then she handed me the receipt said to talk to manager later abt returning them. She never even mentioned final sale. I had the shades for literally 10mins and they wouldn’t take it back.. insanity i work in customer service and that was ridiculous sunce i was never notified about final sales. Don’t buy here!

Looking for a pair of sunglasses as I didn’t have any… Walked with my boyfriend into this palace of awesomeness selection of Unique and one-of-a-kind sunglasses! Walked out with two pairs. Armand Was super helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you so much so excited to be walking around with my new pair!
