I went to the Miami boat show in January. Stopped by Floats booth and the wife and I bought 2 pairs of these glasses. We fellL in love with them. 2 weeks later my pair was stolen. I called and spoke to Rafael , he didn’t know what model number I had so he sent me out 6 pairs to try. The customer service is #1. I didn’t find the pair I had but really like the pair I have now. I’m getting Many compliments. Going to call him back and order 4 more pairs for my friends. Great company.

Floats customer service has been great! Plus I absolutely love the style of my sunnies, I keep going back for the SAME PAIR over the last two years (because I keep losing them...). I love that they block out the glare of the sun without making the entire world around me ‘dark.’ They are my absolute favorite!

Floats sunglasses fit amazing!!!! They’re lightweight and super comfortable. I use them for everything; boating, walks, driving and just hanging out outdoors. I realized there’s no need to spend tons of $ for name brands when Floats polarized are just as good for less than half the price!!!! I’m hooked...I will definitely be buying more Floats sunglasses soon!!!!!!

What an awesome company! 20 years ago I purchased a pair of Floats sunglasses during a trip to Key West. Needless to say they eventually got scratched enough to drive me crazy. I reached out to Floats and asked if they could either refinish the lenses or make new lenses and how much it would cost.
Rafael Egozi responded and requested a picture of my sunglasses. He told me that sadly they would not be able to service my sunglasses, BUT, since Floats love their customers he would send me a similar pair from their line for FREE. It gets better though.
