Our goal is to meet client at any location to make your life easier by providing a faster and smoother process and lower closing cost to our borrowers. See the difference.
Once received, we will begin work and will send you an email on how to send the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to us via a wire, our Bank Shot app, or a check using a provided Fedex label. For your convenience, we can close between 8am and 10pm Monday through Friday at an office near the property, we can come to you, we can close at your realtor's office, or in certain scenarios we can close over your computer using Remote Online Notarization (RON).

Everyone at CLA is always very efficient, courteous and helpful. I primarily work with Nikkole and she is just great. With such a large number of transactions being processed, if there is ever a "hiccup" you don't need to stress over it as it will be resolved. So nice to not have to worry, stress and constantly be following up. You know they will get it done and get it done correctly.

We had the pleasure of working with CLA title. Their professionalism is unmatched. They made everything so smoothly. Their office is beautifully decorated! Our home closing was a less than one hour. They had candy and snacks that the kids really enjoyed! Sarah Norman was great to work with from start to finish. Easy instructions were given for down payment and appraisal deposits.

I had the pleasure of having a settlement at C.L.A.! It has been awhile but everything was just as amazing as I remember! Firstly, the office is absolutely beautiful! Secondly, Nikkole and Dawn were amazing. Nikkole was very responsive. I always appreciate that because informed clients and agents are happy clients and agents, as you know! Disorganized train wreck of a company....if there was an option for zero stars I'd give it to these clowns. Run by a lunatic and employee turn over is a huge problem. No-one knows what the heck they're doing as they've been there for 5 minutes and will be gone in 10.

If I could give a one star I would. I used this title company due to my Realator moving forward with this company. I now have to pay over 5k due to them not filing properly. DO NOT use this company. They will not file your paperwork correctly even though you pay them to do this at closing. They emailed me saying that would take care of the IRS letter but have not. Please beware.

I' am assuming that all the good reviews for this company people were paid for it. We closed a deal for my clients on 12/27/2017 and the title Co. sent a notary and the person didn't want to explain anything. He said I am a notary not a closer agent. Until now my clients haven't received a copy of his documents. I called a several time and nobody answer. I should report this company to the title insurance Administration.

Worse title company ever. My parents chose this company because they were introduced and then we got unlucky again with our seller choosing them as their title company. So yes we had to work with them twice. The worse nightmare ever. I had to constantly remind them how to do their jobs. Let's just say many things went wrong. Everything was late, communication was horrible, no one knew what they were doing or saying. I do not recommend this company at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

C.LA. made my settlement so very easy and successful due to their great communication, flexibility with a Saturday close in my home, due diligence to details, working as a great team, and just being there every step of the way till the very end. My settlement was done under an hour in the convenience of my home. Because of C.L.A.'s flexibility and dedication, my settlement was done on schedule. I am very appreciative for their great service. In addition, they were able to do my settlement almost 50 percent less than anyone else I had contacted.

You know what I hate? Companies that use third party vendors to get all your personal information and target you for marketing. I received an unsolicited email AND a phone call from this company who received all my contact information from realtor.com (you better believe that company is also getting a piece of my mind for sharing my information). If you are so desperate for customers, perhaps find a new line of business. Stop stealing people's personal information!
