Our infant classroom provides the highest quality care in an environment that is designed with the parent and child in mind. While in our care, the children are stimulated through music, play, facial and verbal mimicking as well as lots of hugs and tickles.

Placing your child in daycare is a scary thing, you can't be positive of what goes on when you are not there, however, at Mimiz I get no indication from my kids that they are less than ecstatic to be there!

My daughter started at Mimiz when she was 16 months old. Given the covid situation, her interaction with people outside of the family was extremely limited. Before sending her to Mimiz, every time she goes to a new place or sees a stranger, she would freeze and be extremely attached to my husband and me. My son and daughter were here for 1.5years and they always showed extensive dedication to the kids. They are very well organized, have clear priorities to what's important for the kids. They were very helpful in my kids transition from staying at home to be in a daycare for the first time. The food is excellent. They have a great system to notify updates during the day for each kid. We joined Mimiz when our daughter was 6 months old and she is now nearly 2. They are so incredibly professional and organized, but at the same time maintain that family and loving atmosphere that is so necessary for early childcare. She has so much fun each day and is also learning so much - they have a curriculum in place, even for the young kids, which provides a good amount of structure. We have trusted them completely during the COVID pandemic as well. Once we returned from the lockdown, they had set up new practices that really make us feel safe. We would recommend Mimiz for absolutely everyone

We absolutely love Mimiz and feel so fortunate our son was able to spend two years there. Our son joined Mimiz right before his first birthday. Mimiz is a perfect hybrid between a home daycare and daycare center. The facility is spacious for indoor and outdoor play, but still feels "homey." He always came home happy, singing songs in English and Spanish. We knew he loved school and that he was loved in return. The Mimiz team could teach a master class on 'How to run an incredible day care'. The impressive facilities are sparkling clean and safe, (even before Covid practices!). The entire team is exceptionally professional and kind, and has always treated our son (and us!) like family. Their menu is balanced and healthy, not to mention tasty. Great people, great facility! They are so professional, helpful and responsive. They help us to make everything easier. I visited many many places before Mimiz, they are the best of best! Our transition from home to daycare was a little bit painful due to crying, refusing to eat but all Mimiz people are understanding and supportive. Finally, our little guy is happy in there. I love this place. best fit for my expectations from a daycare for my first and only child. I have gotten rid of all worriness I had during the day for my child while I am at work. my daughter started when she was 22 months and she found people and environment trusting and she joined them easily without experiencing too much separation anxiety (just a little bit for few days).
Mimiz allowed me to watch and stay with my daughter until i feel happy to leave her and it helped me to manage my daughter's possible anxieties for being away from me.

My son started at Mimiz when he was just over 6 months old and was there until we moved out of Los Gatos, when he was 3 years old. I was nervous to start my son in daycare at such a young age, but putting him in Mimiz was the best thing we could have done for his development and socialization. My daughter has been with Mimi for almost a year since she was 8 months old. I did a lot of research before enrolling her because besides the loving and warm environment I wanted primarily a secure and clean place for my kid. My daughter rarely gets sick and Mimiz Daycare has played a role in it. I am amazed by the cleanliness of the facility and how meticulous everyone is. You can notice their professionalism even in small things such as how they take care of my daughter's hair, the quality of the food they offer, the brand new toys. This is long overdue! I started my daughter at MiMiz Daycare at 2 years old (now 4 in preschool). She was previously with a nanny, but we decided to move her to a daycare so she could play with other kids and learn more to get ready for pre-k/kinder. We were so amazed by Ms. Mimi and her staff. I can't say enough good things about Mimiz Daycare. My son started going to Mimiz when he was one year old has been there now for almost two years. In this short amount of time, he learned how to spell his name, speak Spanish (the cutest color song you ever did hear), among many other things that have my husband and I speechless! Not only is Mimiz a wonderful learning environment, but it is incredibly nurturing as well. I highly recommend Mimiz to those in the area.

Mimi (proprietor/owner) has created a fantastic set up for kids there. There are now 2 locations (Los Gatos and Saratoga), both beautiful facilities and very self sufficient. Mimi is very knowledgable about child care and development and not only does she oversee everything in the minutest of details but also trains staff to meet daycare standards.
They have a full schedule of activities both indoor and outside. My son`s learning curve

My 2-1/2 year old has been with Mimi since she was 18 months old. I have a 6 year old as well and all I can say is I wish I had sent my 6 year old to Mimi as well when he was younger. Mimi offers the perfect balance between play time and learning time. My child can already recognize shapes, colors and count!
Another added bonus is Spanish. They teach them songs in both English and Spanish and my daughter can now count up to 10 in Spanish as well.

My daughter has been attending Mimi's daycare since December 2012 (when she turned 1)... To be honest I can be categorized as the paranoid mother who just can't get satisfied with anyone taking care of my child... I must have visited close to 15 daycares and finally came across Mimiz daycare... I loved that it was a home daycare but it was completely separate from their actual home... In the beginning, Mimi was very understanding of my feelings and kept updating me on how she was doing through calls and text messages. My son has been attending Mimiz since May 2012 and has loved every day. We can't believe how much he has learned and accomplished in two years and are sad to say that he will miss Mimi and all of his teachers, as well as, peers when he enters kindergarten this Fall.
