Electric Avenue is the best in L.A. Actually the best mechanic I have ever had. I have an old Honda hybrid and they take care of her so well she keeps on going past her expiration date. Great shop. Great people.

Brought my BMW i3 REX here for an oil change. Mike and his team were very Hospitable. The shop was very clean and organized. Always a good sight to see at a mechanic shop. They went ahead and inspected a few other things. Mike notified me of tires I needed and brakes in the near future. Never pushed any of it for purchase now. Good, honest place. Make sure you schedule an appointment as they appear to be a very busy shop. I'll definitely continue bringing my vehicle here for service! I'd highly recommend.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Super friendly, courteous and FAST (granted I only had to replace the 12V auxiliary battery in my Prius.) Prices were incredibly reasonable as well. I was going to go to my usual place but this place was considerably cheaper (around $125 cheaper). Plus my usual spot didn't have the battery in stock. Thanks again for your help!

I was recommended to Electric Ave by a friend a few years back, once I bought a hybrid....and I have never regretted taking his advice! Mike, the manager, has always provided the best customer service experience while I'm there, the best mechanics in town, and the best care of my car (you do know they wash the outside and inside of your car after every oil change, right?!). My mind is at ease knowing I have found the best place in town to take my hybrid.

What a great place!! I called on a Saturday morning because I had a nail in my tire. They were able to take me right away and fixed it right away. Great service and so friendly!! Really knew what they were talking about and saved me from having to get a brand new tire.

Good service but major safety issue. Mike's team put the wrong bolt on one of the calipers and it came loose while driving on a road trip to JT. Caused a horrific noise and could have jammed breaks at highways speeds. Totally unacceptable oversight. This happened within 90 days of the brake work. New pads and rotors.

I drive a 2013 Prius. I’ll never go anywhere else. I live in North Hollywood and when I found this place I became a permanent customer. I recommend calling and making an appointment. They have a lovely back patio/covered chill spot with free coffee and water while you wait.

Mike was a delight to work with on my 2016 Volt. He was professional, kind, and straight forward. They charged me 70% less than the dealer mechanic and I'm betting they performed the work 100 X faster. I'm a new EV car owner (BMW i3) and decided to explore Electric Avenue - a shop I've driven by almost every day. The dealership that sold me the vehicle quoted $800 for an annual maintenance including oil change, brake fluid flush and general inspection. I called up Electric Avenue, spoke to Harry right away and was quoted around $300 for the same service. They were fast, friendly and professional. The final bill was less than the quote and they didn't recommend any additional service. Their integrity has earned a lifetime customer. Thank you Harry and Mike!

I am extremely grateful that my friend referred me to Mike and Electric Avenue. They specialize in hybrids and Mike is the nicest man. His prices are very fair and they even work Saturdays, which is really helpful because I can't get many places during the work week. I dropped my car off in the morning, and Mike paid for a Lyft to get me home. He pays for Lyfts for his customers. That's part of the service. Wow! I've never had that before. Mike called me throughout the day with updates, and they even washed my car and vacuumed the inside. They really went above and beyond.

Electric Avenue goes above and beyond! Mike's customer service is irreplaceable and really difficult to find in most car maintenance shops. I've been to different places throughout the city but the treatment here is top notch and they really seem to know what they're doing. I first came here to have my windshield wipers replace and they did a great job giving me high quality wipers. My second trip here involved tire alignment. They not only aligned my tires, but when it was time for me to pick up my car, Mike ordered me a Lyft ride from my residence to the shop, he had my car washed

Great place where the staff certainly knows a lot about hybrids (Prius in my case), which oftentimes could be a problem with other shops. Reasonable pricing, great client service.

My car broke down while I was driving on the freeway last week and I brought it into the shop recommended by a friend the shop is really good I highly recommend them prices are very reasonable the managers name is Mike he did a great job my car was ready in a day I highly recommend the shop if you drive a Prius or any type of hybrid car

Update: I went and picked up my car it was ready and washed looks really well done also there were a bunch of things that I didn't know and I didn't point out but they fixed it for me without charging something as simple as light on the license plate

Mike is a great human person and very professional in everything he does! Although I've only been here one previous time (3 months ago+) he still very much remembers me and what work I still needed to get done. It's pretty impressive considering the number of customers they go through every single day lol. I arrived right at opening time and there were already 3 people waiting. That's a good sign! You just gotta make sure to call ahead before you do a walk-in... you'll have a way better time!

I like that they will get you a Lyft to get you to work. I took lyft from the shop to DTLA.

I prefer taking my plug-in hybrid to a place that specializes in those cars.

The people I interacted with were very friendly. They got me in and out in a day.
