Very good service, they always have a solution, in addition to very low costs with good quality.

I have been to Ariel Optica a total of 3 times and have never been let down by the customer service! I came in today because i accidentally sat on my glasses, I was there a there a total of 5 minutes and I left with my glasses looking like new. I was even offered a complimentary glasses cleaning and a new case for my glasses as well. You will not be disappointed!

Everything is good UNTIL they make an error making your glasses.
For starters, they do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
I ordered a pair of bifocal glasses for my mother a few days ago. The near reading vision portion of the glasses was completely uneven. When I went back to the store with my concern, they fail to acknowledge the issue blaming the optometrist and its prescription. Their first question was "But, does your mother have any difficulty seeing with the glasses on?" I insisted, it was not about a problem seeing but more a structural issue which could lead to vision problems

My husband had an awesome experience. The staff was very kind, very well mannered. And very helpful. There prices were affordable and quick in the making. Definetly would come back Again!!!

Lack of knowledge prevails, terrible customer service and unwillingness to help client was all I sensed after my appointment to pick up my mom's glasses. How in the world can an 80 year old woman have a vision of +1.00 when this is the vision of a person who begins with farsightedness at the age of 38 -65 years. They didn't want to make the glasses again, so I lost $180. People working in this kind of technical stores MUST be certified and trained to avoid giving customers unsubstantiated arguments. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OPTICAL STORE TO ANYONE

This is a great place to get glasses done quickly! The workers are sweet and try to help you find the right glasses for you. I’ve been going here for years! Great pricing and optometry exams.

Great service, many options, great price compare competitor and everything looks neat clean. all the techs are friendly, specially Susana. I can explain how long took us to find the right pair of glasses, but she was amazing the entire time. I will recommend it to everyone. If you have the prescription, they will do the glasses even with the person been able to go themselves
