They are very professional, clean and Fun group including the Doc. He reads and listens to your comments to ensure he has answered all your questions and comments concerns. I have been wearing glasses for 20+ years, so I do have some knowledge to compare. I choose to go here because of the good reviews. What a mistake! The worse ever quality and service. 1.They have hardly any selection there, maybe 250!frames, 2. Doctor, friendly, but unprofessional! He did not dilated my eyes, exam was about 3 min long, did not checked my old glasses, when other doctors adjust each eye numerously switching between two lenses over and over again to find the best fit for your eyes, he did it only once, there is a machine, that blows air to your eye to measure something ... they either

I have been going for my annual eye check at lifetime vision for the past 3yrs and its a very friendly place , the stuff was and always is helpful, Dr. Benjamin answered all my questions and was very patient with me and my contact fittings and follow ups . I do recommend lifetime vision and eye care.

This was by far the BEST experience at an Optometrist’s office I have ever experienced. The appointment started exactly at the time scheduled and ALL the staff was courteous and personable. The Optometrist, Dr, Benjamin Thayil, is an asset to his profession! He was courteous, personable and very knowledgable. He took his time to examine and explain his findings in detail. There was none of the usual assembly line “get em in and out” atmosphere in this office. I felt like a person and not a number. This will be my OPTOMETRY office from now on!

Dr. Benjamin and his staff are simply amazing. Friendly, loving and caring. He has been my eye doctor for the last 4 years. I love their selection of glasses. Everyone always ask me where I got them from.

Haven't been to an eye doctor in over 10 years but when I went today it was great. The staff was extremely polite, the wait was minimal and the Dr was patient and attentive. I ended up needing glasses for the first time and they even helped me pick out a really cute pair. I was very happy to have found them, I've even referred my mom who's been wearing glasses forever. O and it's a fully minority staff with mainly black women, if that's important to you, which it was for me when making a decision to go. I can't wait to get my glasses 😁🤓

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the lobby; the staff were very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and returned in a few days, the staff were still just as friendly as the first day I met them. From the receptionist to the Optometrist everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Lifetime Vision if you are looking for a Optometrist Office. OMG!!! They have a area (Step & Repeat) to take pics with your new glasses...I'll definitely take pics with my new glasses.
