One Stop Automotive was founded back in 2005 by owner and operator, Randall Miller. In 2004, Randall was working in a high stress engineering position, flying overseas on a regular basis for work. At the time, his wife was pregnant and expecting a child in early 2005. Randall really wanted his son to grow up in a family that would spend a lot of time together.

As many of our loyal clients know, One Stop Automotive has always been without an alignment machine. Thus, forcing us to use an outside facility for all our alignment needs. Well, this is no longer the case. This September we are having a new four post alignment rack and alignment machine installed.

A friend of mine referred me to One Stop Automotive. I had tried several automotive repair places and they were backed up 2-3 weeks. On 11/8/21, I stopped at One Stop Automotive and told Matt,Service Manager, I had fluid dripping under my car. Matt asked me some questions then said he could have his mechanic take a quick look. They were very busy but took time out to try and evaluate. He identified the general problem area and scheduled me an appointment. He assured me it was a slow leak and safe to drive. I couldn't be more satisfied!! From the moment I walked in the door Matt gave me his full attention. He talked me through everything from possible causes to possible financing. I highly recommend this place. They listened to me, took notes, and fix a problem of my Ford Expedition that three other mechanics could not find out. Extremely good mechanics at a fair price, and the service was outstanding. Brought my wife's SUV in for some suspension work first thing in the morning. Within a couple hours, Matt called me with a full diagnosis and a quote for repair. He thoroughly explained the issue by dumbing it down to where I could understand it. A couple hours later he had it fixed and washed and ready for pick up before lunch!
