We've had problems with our basement for years during very heavy rains. After doing as much outside remediation as possible, we hired Chris and his team to take care of the one corner of our basement which continues to give us trouble. Chris was extremely knowledge and professional. He took the time to patiently explain why it was happening, how it should be fixed, and what are the had-to-haves vs the nice-to-haves. His installation team was clean, respectful and hard working. For the first time in 20 years, we're not worried about heavy rains or hurricanes. We highly recommend Paramount Waterproofing

Paramount came out to waterproof our basement for us this week and we are so grateful! Chris was so helpful with giving us a fair estimate and walking us through the process. He was very knowledgeable. The staff were friendly and conscientious. The whole process was much quicker than we thought and our basement looks great! Chris communicated the process so well and honestly we did not bother with other quotes. Chris came back to introduce us to Foreman Johnnie and his crew. The work was done faster than promised and cleaner than I could possibly imagine. Chris returned to review the completed job with us. We are so happy, we allowed the Paramount sign to remain on our lawn for a while. Thanks again to all for a job well done!

Our basement had been leaking for years. Finally, we contacted Chris at Paramount Waterproofing. They installed a french drain throughout the basement and we have been leak-free since the install. We also had a drainage issue on our driveway where water pooled after a rainstorm. They installed a drain system and we've had no issues since. Chris and his team were responsive, professional and knowledgeable.
