Robyn is wonderful! I've been taking her online classes during Stay-at-Home (and have taken in-person classes pre-COVID) and her energy is amazing! Intense, energetic, and EFFECTIVE workouts. The foam rolling at the end is a major plus. This woman knows what she's doing!

I enrolled in their Introduction to Foam Rolling course and absolutely loved it! The course was informative, easy to follow along, and rather fun honestly!! She taught me (during our live community class) simple rolling techniques that I currently now use on a daily basis. She provides the actual biological process taking place within your body during these workshops. The relief I have felt in my body and strength I have built since that class has been a blessing. The best course I have purchased to date. I highly recommend their Introduction to Foam Rolling, especially to fitness newbies like

Robyn is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with, and I've got a long and sordid history of training for both physical advancement and for working through injuries. I've trained in the US and in Canada, and Robyn has them all beat.
To start, she sat and talked with me about my goals and my injuries, and I could tell from the beginning that she had a deep understanding of what I wanted to get out of our sessions. After an initial assessment, the training began, and she consistently pushed me outside my comfort zone but within my ability range. Anyone who deals with injuries

I've been doing a nutrition program along with a training program for about a year and changed my body completely. I'm at 11-12% body fat from 20%. My weight has dropped about 30-40 lbs and I feel great. I have loved everything about the program, advice I get, to being pushed to achieve higher goals than I thought I could.
