We want you to know that we truly value the trust you place in us to provide for your vision and eye care needs. Things will be very different in the beginning as we seek to provide the safest possible office visit for all patients as well as for our doctors and staff. Appointment times will be limited to keep the number of people in the office to a minimum for the first few weeks.
We ask for some patience as we navigate this time. If possible, we ask that anyone able to wait a few weeks for routine care do so as we work through urgent needs of many patients. Know that we will be taking extra measures to keep the office clean and disinfected. Our doctors and staff will be wearing masks and doing temperature checks throughout each day.

To the point.
After almost a 30 minute wait past my appointment time which was the second appointment after lunch, I got up and walked out.
I took time off from work and scheduled other appointments
Immediately after this one.
Your disregard for my time is rude, crude and unacceptable. And you have the nerve to text me five times in the prior three weeks to confirm my appointment.
Since this is not the first occurrence, it will be the the last as I will find another office that is respectful of the patients time.

Very friendly staff & tech & Dr Stephens was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions & she made me feel very comfortable during the testing and then handed me off to a very competent assistant that helped me feel confident in my choice for new frames . Complete package was under my allowable glasses amount per my insurance . Will highly recommend this office .

I have a $350 eyewear benefit they are refusing to let me use because they dont like how long it takes my medicare advantage plan to pay them. How exactly do dr offices get away with refusing to let patients use their benefits. If I could afford the eyewear I wouldnt need insurance. I'm going to report them to my insurance, Medicare, & the BBB if they refuse to let me use my benefit. they want me to pay $350 out of pocket then get reimbursed by my insurance. my insurance said they are NOT supposed to do that. I will be reporting this.
