The maintenance team is excellent! The office staff (Shelley, Afton and Codi) are rude & unprofessional. They allow vendors to park in resident's paid parking spots & curse at resident's & maintenance staff. This property promotes bad behavior by supporting their disrespectful vendors. Customer service is a huge problem with the office staff and they could learn a lot from their maintenance team, Joe and John. Shelley, the property manager, only answers the questions she wants when I email her instead of addressing ALL questions or concerns presented to her. The office staff has this "Entitled

Really good experience here. We had a couple speed bumps in the beginning that were swiftly handled by the staff here in the leasing office. They are fantastic people! The location is great, in a wonderful and safe neighborhood, with lots of close shopping. Easy access to the freeway. Afton and Courtney, the superstars that run the place, are active in the community app. They’re always doing some sort of fun thing with the residents. Plus there is a dog park. If we ever return to Oregon, we WILL return to Crescent Park!

My husband and I were residents for 3.5 years, when we first moved to the Eugene area. The location of the apartments is awesome and the amenities were great-in-unit laundry, pet areas, and a playground were great. Apartments are pretty standard, although we didn't live in the one of the updated units (which are nicer) but it suited our needs well. Staff were responsive and friendly, maintenance was prompt, and we enjoyed our time living there. Rent never drastically increased with each renewal and we were pleased to get the majority of our deposit back since we have heard horror stories of large

Crescent park is a clean and beautiful community. What I love most about living in my building are the thick walls! Unlike most apartments I rarely hear footsteps above or any loud noises for that matter. It is also extremely pet friendly, with grass throughout the community and pet waste dispensers.
The neighborhood is safe and there are good running spots nearby.
