They went above and beyond for a special delivery that was missed at the hospital. They went to Mercy to deliver flowers for me to a sick friend. That friend had been discharged a few hours before Toni's got there. I called when I didn't get Thanked for the flowers and figured something went wrong. We cleared up the situation with a phone call and Toni's delivered the Flowers on the other side of Blaine and my friend was totally delighted. Toni's Flowers is the best I have used in Anoka County for flower delivery.

I recently ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother who had surgery. When I went to visit her a few days later I saw that it was different then the flowers that I ordered. I called Toni's Flowers and let them know that I wasn't satisfied with what was delivered. They were very apologetic and that day delivered a new bouquet to my mother that was even prettier than initially expected. I really appreciated how they owned up to their mistake and made it right. I will order from them again.

This place is amazing! We’ve been going there for years and they always have something for us. It topped the cake when we went there after a mother lost her son. I walked in to Toni’s and they asked what do you need and had a beautiful bouquet ready for me in 20 minutes. After I brought the flowers they were used at the gravesite. Incredible customer service I was so happy with them!

I wanted a plant for my Godmother's funeral. I contacted another florist closer to the service but they didn't respond. Searching for a place en route I found Toni's, thank goodness!
Toni was great. She replied to my email in the evening after hours and said she could have it ready right away in the morning. Her prompt communication gave me peace of mind and helped me to sleep easier that night knowing I didn't have to scramble the next day.
She had a perfect beautiful yellow flowering plant picked out ready. I chose a pale aqua painted wooden planter. I really wanted a banner that read "Godmother

Toni did my flowers for my backyard wedding and WOW did we get a ton if compliments for them! The different look for our center pieces, corsages and decor was amazing! I wanted to send a friend a "pick me up" bouquet to cheer her up. I called Toni's. The woman I spoke to was super nice and helpful. She wanted to make sure she understood what I wanted. I wanted something unique & beautiful. The bouquet was delivered the next day. My friend said it was "the most beautiful bouquet she has ever seen". I would highly recommend Toni's & I will use them again.

My wedding bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets were gorgeous! I sent pictures from pinterest as inspiration for the bouquets and they all came out picture perfect! I was living in another state while planning for a wedding in Anoka and I found it easy to work with Donna via email. I had succulents in my bouquet and after the wedding I am still growing them in pots on my windowsil and they look healthy and happy in the sunshine!

Unimpressed unfortunately. I ordered flowers about three days before a scheduled pickup. I gave clear instructions what to do, what colors and what types of flowers and what color ribbon. When my husband went to pick them up they said they didn't think we were coming (?) so they sold them? And they'll make another bouquet. So strange. So he went back about 1/2 hour later and brought back the flowers, which were not done correctly. When I called to inform them they messed up (again) they tried to say they didn't know I wanted it that way. I guess the only way they didn't know

I ordered flowers for same day delivery at about 10 am and found out at the end of the day they had not been delivered. I called the next day to see if the order was lost or something because my credit card was charged and the woman I spoke to was very honest that she had screwed up and just assumed I wanted them delivered 2 days later on Thanksgiving. I asked her to have them delivered today and didn't make a big fuss because human error happens. But then when the flowers finally arrived, the note on the card had an error. Definitely will not be going there again.

I had flowers delivered from Toni's and it was bad. The birthday cupcake arrangement had the wrong colored flowers, which wilted the next day, the birthday penant flag on top of the bouquet as well as the special box if was suppose to arrive in was missing. I called the person who sent the flowers to tell her and she was not happy with Toni's; we both called Toni's and they actually defended themselves by saying we used the flowers we had in stock and they did not have an answer for the missing items (penant/box) they shrugged it off. They did offer to replace the bouquet which
